The next two days were the worst days of my life. I was stuck next to him in chemistry. We were assigned lab partners and we had a homework project to do at home. So he gave me his number.
"You're under arrest to be my friend"
I nearly shot him a death look when I saw the teacher looking I just grabbed the piece of paper and shoved it in my backpack.
At lunch he just kept starring at his phone and me back and forth like he was expecting me to put his number in my phone. I just looked my friends- Chloe, Tyler, and Josh- they told me when he stopped looking my way so I could make a run for it.
But Brendon was smart enough to figure out my plan. He followed me out of the lunchroom.
"Why aren't you with your friends?"
"Because I'm trying to get away from you asshole!"
"Jesus, calm down. Where do you want to go to do our project? I mean unless your gonna make me do it!" He gave me the snobbiest little look.
I stare at him like I'm going to kill him ,but I calm myself and just start backing away until he grabs my shoulder. I turn my head back to follow his arm up to his face. I slowly lift up my arm and quietly say, "Would you please remove your hand from my shoulder before I give you and operation on your nose for free?"
He slowly backed away and went back into the lunchroom. Chloe came out and told me that it was time to go to 4th period. We got there and Tyler sat next to Chloe which never happened before. He always say on the other sided the classroom what's up with him.
After school me and Chloe went to her car and drove home. "Thanks for letting me crash at your place tonight."
"Anything for family", she said with a smirk.
"So what's up with you and Brendon?",she says holding up my phone.
"Absolutely nothing but chemistry class."
More like what's up with you and Tyler? Why are you always hanging around him lately? What he hell?
We ate dinner and finally went to bed.
