I run to Chloe's room and close the door. I look out her window carefully to make sure Brendon is gone. He isn't.
I open the door. It was Brendon. He grabbed my hand and pulled me out of the door way.
"What the he..." I was cut off by yet another kiss. This is what I imagined when I used to like him. I'm starting to feel that way ag... No I love Josh!
"Stop! I already told you I have Josh!" I pushed him away. And closed the door. I ran to Chloe's room again and just hid with all of the lights off until Chloe came in and grabbed my arm and questioned,"What the hell did he do to now?"
"Chloe, stay here! Leave him alone!" As much as I wanted her to teach him a lesson. I also didn't want him to get hurt even though I was dating Josh.
The rest of the evening was me and Chloe cooped up in her room watching Netflix and YouTube. Eating all of the ice cream in the house. After a while I finally decided to say something.
"I'm not going to graduation. I know it is a requirement but I can't go," I look doe at my phone and read the text that says my grandmother just passed. I show Chloe.
"Damn that took a while she has been sick a while right?"
"Yeah. I mean we were all expecting it but not now. I'm going to sleep it hurts to be awake." I say staring at my phone.
"Night."
"Night Sara no nightmares tonight okay. Especially since you have a reason to be sad!" She said with a stern face but just smacked my on my back sarcastically.
(My real grandmother did die from an illness so R.I.P. my grandma!)
