Andy slid on his black, shiny shoes, and looked at himself in the mirror. He had on a white button down shirt, a black tie, a black jacket, and black jeans. His heart was pounding hard against his chest. He had never been on a date before in his life, so he wanted to make sure he didn't screw it up. He picked up the crimson rose he had bought for her after she had called him. It was now time for him to leave his house, and pick her up. He had the slightest idea of why his heart fluttered at just the thought of some girl, who barely knew his name.

Andy walked towards the front door with a smile on his face. He opened it, and walked a few steps to his car. He pulled his phone out of his pocket, and texted her,"On my way. :)" He slid his phone back in his front pocket, and started the engine.

                                                       -

Andy pulled up to the address she had texted him. He got out of the car, and walked nervously to the door. He raised his fist, and knocked on the door. Soon after, she had opened the door.

"Hey! You made it!" She smiled.

"Yeah, you ready to go?" Andy smiled.

"Yes, and by the way, my first name is Sarah." She told.

"Well, these are for you, Sarah." Andy smiled, handing her the rose.

Sarah grabbed it, and smiled. "Thank you, Andy. It's beautiful!"

Andy smiled at the sight of seeing such a beautiful person smile. He had never thought so much of a human being. It had been since high school since he had even an interest in another person. He wasn't letting this one go.

                                              -

"So, what made you decide to become a therapist?"  Andy asked, stabbing his fork into his pasta.

"Well, when I was younger, lots of people would come to me with their problems. I liked helping people, and apparently, I was even good at it. It seemed right for me to go in that profession." Sarah explained, sipping on her wine.

"You are very good at your job Dr.Violet." Andy smirked.

"Andy, I told you, my name is Sarah." She giggled.

"I know, but I kinda like my doctor." Andy winked.

Sarah blushed deeply, and looked down at her plate. Andy had never made a girl blush before. He  received a warm sensation in his chest as she smiled from across the table. He wanted to  be the reason  for this radiance forever. He wanted to keep her forever.

"Andy?" She giggled, referring to his silenced staring.

"Oh, I'm sorry. Your eyes are just so enchanting." Andy complimented, staring her deep in the eyes, biting his bottom lip seductively.

Sarah didn't know what to feel. She knew her heart raced every time she even peaked a glance at this man. But.. this man was her former patient. What would everyone think of her? That after her patients are no longer her patients, she has a fling with them? What if this ruins her career? Did she really want to risk her career for a man who is damaged?

       "What's wrong?" Andy asked, concerned.

"I'm just going to be honest with you Andy... I don't know if I can go through with this. You are a great guy, it's just that this is maybe going a little too fast for me." Sarah explained.

"But, you were the one who called me." He pointed out.

"Yes, I know that. I just think we might be moving a bit fast."

"Well, then we can go slow."

Sarah smiled slightly, and shook her head, shattering Andy's heart.

"I'm not sure if you really want to do that." Sarah confessed.

"I do! I don't want to lose the opportunity of having you." Andy told.

Sarah only grinned in response, staring Andy straight in the eyes. She knew she couldn't let him go so easily. No one has to know about them; it's simply only their business.

                                       -

Andy opened his eyes slowly, confused about his surroundings. He slowly sat up in the bed, looking around at the unfamiliar room. He glanced at the being who lay beside him. It was an early 30's brunette woman. He was captivated by her pure beauty. Even sleeping, she looked like an angel. It was Sarah.

Sarah slowly opened her eyes, and quietly yawned. She rubbed her eyes, and Andy began caressing her pudgy cheeks. She smiled in response, and gazed at Andy.

"I guess we didn't move so slow last night did we?" Sarah laughed.

"I guess we didn't." Andy agreed, slightly chuckling.

For the first time ever, Andy was deeply interested in something other than killing. What would Sarah think when she finds out? She would surely leave him. She would never find out, and Andy would make sure of that. No matter what it takes.
