Kirino P.O.V:
The birds chirped happily in the trees while swaying gracefully in the cool morning breeze. The sun was shining brightly, gleaming in the distance. I was just taking my morning strolls as I usually do.
In the Leaf village everything is very peaceful and calm. Villagers go shopping and spend time with their relatives.
" Hi Kiri-chan ! " hollered someone from behind me. I turned around facing a blonde guy.
" H-hi Naruto " I said fiddling with my fingers.
" So... what's up, Kiri-chan? " asked Naruto.
" Um...well...I'm going to train with my t-teammates, how about you? "
" Just stoppin' by to say hello, see ya Kiri-chan!" he said and was gone.
I sighed with relief whipping my brow. Not like I hate him or anything it's just that I don't like being in a crowd which will make me uncomfortable.
Suddenly my teammates poofed behind me which made me jumped slightly.
" Kiri-chan, Lady H-hokage is summoning us " stammered Hinata.
" Yeh... What a drag... " agreed Shikamaru lazily.
We reappeared in front of the Hokage' s office. I knocked on the door.
" Come in... " reply a drunken voice. I turned to face Hinata and we shrugged, stepping inside.
" I'm assigning you on a mission to the Village Hidden in the Sand. I need you to give these scrolls to Lord Kazekage " she explained. " There's no rush... You may rest and take a break in the Sand if you want... " I almost gawked at the offer. " You may be excused " said Hokage.
We retreated and stepped in the warm sunshine.
" Weird " I mumbled under my breath.
" We'll meet up near the front gate at 6 tomorrow " yawned Shikamaru.
" See ya " and he went off mumbling something about hating getting up early in the morning.
" S-see you Hinata " I said.
" Yeah " she said.
