I haven't slept a day since my dad died. If I was lucky I would be able to sleep for two hours before the nightmares came. So when I woke up today feeling better and happy shocked the hell out of me.
"Hey," Archer walks into my room, and lays down on my bed. We stare at each other for a while before I look away. "I made breakfast." He says. I look back at him in shock.
"You cook?" I asked amazed that he was coming up with these hidden talents. He looks at me with a bored expression. I laugh, standing up to stretch. My shirt rises up and I quickly pull it down, but it was too late. He already saw it.
"Was that what I think it was?" He asks. I shake my head, my cheeks feeling hot.
He stands up and pulls on my shirt. I brush his hand away before going to the restroom. But he stops me and pulls my shirt up over my belly button. He stares at the side of my hip and gets a look of confusion on his face.
"What is it?" He ask. I laugh a little before clearing my throat.
"Its in Greek," I say. "Είναι ό, τι είναι." I say clearly. Archer looks at me in something similar to astonishment.
"My dad was born in Greece." I simply say. He nods his head before tracing the words. I felt tingles from everywhere he touched. I liked it, no I loved it. Somebody being gentle with me was something I was not use to. It also scared the shit out of me. So I moved away, and cleared my throat.
"So what did you make exactly?" I ask stepping out of my room. I run down the stairs and catch Casey sitting at the table eating her food. I walk over to her and kiss her forehead.
"Can we go to the park today?" She asks. I touch her forehead and shake my head. She frowns and continues to eat.
"Sorry Case, but you're still a little sick. Plus its snowing outside." I say, looking out the frosty windows.
"Hey Archer, I'm going to Serena's, I'll be back." I yell out. I quickly walk to Serena's in shorts and a t-shirt. Wasn't the best choice of clothing to sleep in when its nearly 20 degrees out, but I didn't care.
"I see you had the same idea as me." Serena says to me as we walk towards each other. I laugh and nod. She looks at me in surprise.
"Laughter? From Aubrey?" She asked faking amazement. I roll my eyes and push her. She laughs and I couldn't help but notice something was wrong.
"What is it Ser?" I ask getting serious. She looks at me with dread. I instantly move my hands to her stomach. She shakes her head crying.
"I haven't...even...bo..bought him anything!" She cries out. I drop my hands in annoyance.
"Then lets go shopping." I say. She wipes away her tears and looks at me.
"You want to to shopping?" She asks. I look at her like she lost her mind.
"Bitch, you just said you didn't buy anything." She looks at me in confusion and I roll my eyes.
"Lets go Serena."

"This is cute right?" I looked up at the hideous orange and green car seat.
"Not even." I mutter. Serena lets out a dep sign and I glance over at her. She subconsciously puts her hand over her rising tummy. I still couldn't believe she was pregnant.
"Hey, Serena?" She looks up at me and nods. "If I ever lied to you, and it was a pretty huge lie. Would you let it go?" She puts her hand to her chin and places a thinking face.
"Aubrey, shut the fuck up." I laugh at her. " We've been best friends since Christopher Columbus found Russia-."
"He didn't find Russ-." She puts a finger up to my face.
