Chapter 3

Jai's POV

"Had any hotties talk to you yet?" Beau smirks at me

"Nah, no one!" I try to look a bit depressed.

"You can always click the little button at the top, it says who you've got things in common with?" Beau takes the laptop out of my lap "HEY!" he clicks on the button and only one profile comes up with what I've got in common with, oh dear!

"She seems nice bro, talk to her?" he pulls up the chat bar and types her a message - shit!

"Beau you twat!!"

"Just look through her profile, you might thank me!" he winks and leaves my room. I decide to take his advice, and start looking at her profile. To be honest she seems really cute! We share pretty much all the same interests and even she makes prank videos! Small world ey?

I look at what she thinks about love answer and it basically says how she just wants a friendship after her heart being broken many times, poor girl. It says she's 18 and she's interested in 18-20 year olds. I'm 18 so I mean, could be in with a chance! Shut up Jai what are you thinking? She isn't looking for a relationship and neither are you!

I'm then pulled out of thought by the chat sound, she's replied?! Ohmygod!

Me: Hi:)

AverageGirl: Hey:-)

What do I say?! Before I know it I've already typed a reply

Me: How're you?

Am I really doing this?!

Tia's POV

I'm distracted from my music by what seems to be the chat noise. Someone has messaged me?

JustAnotherBoy: Hey:)

Why would he message me? I quickly look at his profile reading through his interests, they seem really similar to mine? We have a lot in common? I've never had that much alike with anyone, he even loves One Direction?! He seems perfect! Woah Tia, you're not looking for a boyfriend, and he's not looking for a girlfriend by the sounds of it! I feel bad for not messaging him back, maybe I should just be nice?

Me: Hey:-)

Within moments he's messaged me back

JustAnotherBoy: How're you?

Should I reply? What bad will it do?

Me: I'm okay thankyou, yourself?

Maybe I'll make a friend?

Third person POV

JustAnotherBoy: I'm alright thanks, never thought I'd actually be talking to someone on here!:L

AverageGirl: Neither did I! My friend tried getting me to use this, I'd never even heard of it before today!

JustAnotherBoy: My brothers got me using it haha!

AverageGirl: You have brothers?:-)

JustAnotherBoy: Yeah, an identical twin and an older brother! Do you have any brothers or sisters?:)

AverageGirl: No:-( but wow, it must be so cool having an identical twin! I'd love to have one just to prank people all the time!

JustAnotherBoy: Haha, it's not as fun as you make out! We can read each other really easily, not the best when you're trying to hide you're feelings!;)

AverageGirl: Yeah, I guess!

JustAnotherBoy: I don't wanna sound like a creep but it's the first question that popped into my head haha! What's the time where you are?:)

AverageGirl: It's 6pm here - just about to start cooking a meal for me and my friend!:-) what about where you are, if o don't sound like a creep;)

JustAnotherBoy: Woah, it's 4am here! And you didn't sound like a creep don't you worry;)

AverageGirl: Ohmygod! I've kept you up really late! I'm so sorry, forgive me?:-(

Jai's POV

AverageGirl: Ohmygod! I've kept you up really late! I'm so sorry, forgive me?:-(

Awwwwh, she's so cute! I haven't even been talking to her for that long and it's like I've known her a lifetime. Should I say why I'm not tired?

Here goes nothing.

Me: I won't have got any sleep anyway, I've been feeling pretty shit recently!

AverageGirl: Oh no:-( I hope you're okay? I know we don't know each other hardly but if you need a chat?:-)

WOW, she's so amazing! I really have to thank Beau later! Should I tell her about me and Ariana?

Me: I went through a nasty break up and I guess I'm still not over it!

AverageGirl: Join the club!

She's just gone through a break up? I don't want to ask what happened but on her profile it said her heart was broken a lot, her boyfriend must've been a jerk!

Me: Can I ask what happened?

No instant reply.. oh shit have I said something bad?! Maybe I went in too deep?!

10 minutes.. maybe she's not going to reply. Well done Jai! I'm a twat! I just go to close my laptop

*ping*
AverageGirl: Sorry for that slow reply, my friend wanted me to help her do something with dinner! But as an answer to your question, he was a boy I thought I truly loved and I could see us spending so long together but he cheated on me with the college slut, at my party, in my house!

She replied, her username made me smile! But then reading her message made my heart sink, some guy treated her like that? What a dickhead!!

Me: He sounds like a right dickhead! something like that's uncalled for! I'm really sorry! My ex cheated on me too!

I thought I should tell her as she told me about herself. I can't believe that he did that though! She seems so kind and lovely!

Tia's POV

I just told him what happened with Josh! Did I really just do that?! I'm spilling out my life to some guy I've never met. But yet, it's like I've known him for ages!

JustAnotherBoy: He sounds like a right dickhead! something like that's uncalled for! I'm really sorry! My ex cheated on me too!

He got cheated on too?! Bless him!

"Tee, food!" Spaghetti Bolognese, my fave!!

"Coming!"

I quickly type a message

Me: I'm so sorry:-( Maybe we could talk about it another time? My food's ready and I don't want it getting cold;)

JustAnotherBoy: I'd love to talk again soon:) you better get your food, and I might try and sleep;) How about tomorrow, same time?:)

AverageGirl: I hope you have a good sleep:) and yeah same time seems good!
