Chapter 10

Jai's POV

“I almost kissed Tia"

“What?!"

“We almost kissed.."

“You.. and Tia?"

“Yes dickhead!!"

“Ohmygod we've gotta tell everyone!"

“No we don't you promised so shut up!"

We pulled up to the house and Beau got out, Tia was still sound asleep so I wrapped my arms around her picking her up and carried her inside.

The air was cold and she snuggled deeper into my chest..

“Jai Brooks!!"

“Mum shush" I nodded down to Tia.

“Sorry but I'm still very disappointed! You have a meeting tomorrow so you better be up early, but don't go in and wake Luke and Daniella up, you'll have to sleep on the sofa!" I sighed but I didn't want to argue.

I took Tia upstairs to her room and lay her on the bed.

“Jai..." I could hear her murmur.

“Yes Tee?"

“Where are you sleeping tonight?"

“Downstairs on the sofa Tee"

“Stay here, don't sleep on the sofa pretty please...??" she was half awake and it was so cute!

“I'll sit here okay?" she was asleep.. I took her boots off and unbuttoned her coat and slipped it off, she was in a baggy jumper and leggings, I'm sure she'll be comfy like that!

I pulled her sheets over her and set her alarm by the bed to 8am making sure she'd wake up then. She looked so peaceful laying there, the smile still on her face.

I quickly grabbed a pen and a scrap bit of paper and wrote.. 'when you wake up have a shower get yourself ready, we've got a meeting!!:D xx'

“Goodnight Tia" I smiled and left the room shutting the door quietly.

I went back downstairs and found the duvet laid out for me, I slipped my trousers and top off and got under the cover. I was so tired but I just couldn't get Tia off my mind.. does she like me? We almost kissed and she cried because I said we were friends?

She was so beautiful and funny and cute and special.. but she was speaking to someone and I didn't want to interfere with that...

Tia's POV

My alarm went off at 8o'clock sharp, I didn't even remember setting an alarm but it still made me jump out of bed.

I walked to the full length mirror or the wall and looked at myself.. I looked rough... and I wasn't in my pjs?!

I went back to my bed and saw the note on the bedside table:

'when you wake up, have a shower get yourself ready, we've got a meeting!!:D xx'

I guessed the person who wrote this set my alarm... I didn't bother trying to guess who it was but just went out my room to the bathroom which was free.

I undressed and took my hair down and walked into the shower.. the water streamed down my body and seemed to wake me up a bit! I washed my hair and body and had a quick shave before getting out.

I wrapped a towel around my hair and body and opened the door checking no one was there. Once the coast was clear I grabbed my clothes and ran back to my room.
