Chapter 16

Tia's POV

Daniella and I went up to my bedroom to get into our pyjamas, we were both exhausted from today but there was still something inside of me that wanted to stay awake!

What had happened tonight was magical, a moment I will never forget and it made me fully know that I am in love with Jai Brooks!

“Tia, bathrooms free!" Dani shouted as she walked back into my room, I shot her a quick smile grabbed my wash bag and made my way to the bathroom.

I did my nighttime ritual with all my face products before brushing my hair into a messy pony tail and making my way back to my room.

I heard hushed noises behind the twins door as I walked past it, I decided to hang there for a minute to see what was being said.

Grr I wish my hearing was better, but atleast I could tell that Luke, Dani, Beau and Jai were all in there I just couldn't make out what they were all saying!

I gave up straining my ears and went back to my room and getting fully ready for bed.

“Tee..?"

I turned around to see Jai standing by the door. I could feel my face automatically going into a smile.

“Hey Jai, what can I do for you?"

“Erm.. I just came to ask you something.."

“Go ahead" Jai was scratching the back of his neck and his cheeks were turning red...

Jai's POV

I sat in mine and Luke's.. and Dani's room with Luke and Beau walking in front of me.

“Are you sure?" Beau said.

I nodded my head slowly, I'd already made my decision.

“I mean you have to be 100% sure you want to do that instead of.."

“Instead of what?" I saw Dani standing in the door frame, a puzzled look on her face. She came in, shutting the door behind her and sat on the floor infront of me.

“We have to keep our voices down Tia could hear anything!" Beau said.

“Okay, what are you going to do Jai?" Dani whispered.

“He's gonna.."

“Look you can all find out yourself I'm going to do it now!" I stood up and walked out the door towards Tia's room. The other three kept a few paces behind me.

As I reached Tia's door I took a breath and knocked quickly, looking at Luke and receiving a thumbs up from him.

“Tee...?"

She turned around to look at me, she was just in her pyjamas but she still looked beautiful!

“Hey Jai, what can I do for you?" She smiled at me and I smiled back, this is it!

“Erm... I just came to ask you something" My hand automatically went to the back of my neck and I felt my cheeks redden..

“Go ahead!" She looked straight into my eyes, they shone from the dimly lit room and they were so bright, I didn't want to loose eye contact with her.

“Well, we found out a lot tonight and it's made me the happiest boy on the planet knowing it's you!

And I do think that I'm in love with you, because what we have is special but I think we should take things slow.. and be like JustAnotherBoy and AverageGirl were, but in real life before we take a step further.
