Emily's had new neighbours nearly every month now, so it doesn't phase her when that 'For Sale' sign has a 'Sold' sign through it but could these neighbours be a little different and turn things around?
Todays the day.. I'm 18 years old, don't feel much different!
"BAAAABBBBYYYYY!! GET UP! GET UP!" i hear yelling from the bottom of the stairs, i smile and hop up out of bed and to the stairs, i stop at the top and look down at him with my hands on my hips, "is there no sleeping in for me?" I ask looking down and his already smiling face.
I walk down and got pulled into a Brad Simpson hug "happy birthday baby" I wrap my hands around his waist "thank you" I lift my head up and peck his lips, "I'm a very lucky girl" he smiles "you think your lucky" he gives me one more kiss.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY BABY GIRL" Mum yells as she comes around the corner holding a box, I smile and walk over to her, " aww mum, you little cutie" I grab the present and hug her, i walk into the kitchen and sit on the bench, I go to start opening the present "wait!" I hear mum say as she walks over "brad bring your presents in too!!"
Brad walks through the doorway with three presents, i smile and shake my head "you said you were only getting one present" he giggled "okay maybe i went a bit over one but it was hard not too" I laugh, "so can i start opening them?" i look at both of them "wait..a picture" I laugh out of both of them brad said that... not mum... Brad. I smile for the picture "now can i?" mum smiles " yes darling"
I start to open the present mum got me first, I unwrapped it all and its a envelope, i open it up and theres money, no card, just money, "woah" I say surprised but confused, "well brad told me about the two of you moving in together so i thought i would help a little bit" I smile, understanding it now. I hugged mum and thanked her. Mum started to make food for tonight.
Now for brad's, i lift up the first box and its light i opened the box and it was Calvin Klein, yes, i smiled in excitement and start taken each piece of clothing out of the box and checking them out, "i love it, thank you!" he smiles and sits next to me, "don't thank me yet you still have to more presents", i kiss his cheek and open the second box which had all different little boxes in it.
First little box had a necklaces which had engraved 'I Love You' on it
the second box was a ring with a knot in it, he puts his arm around my waist "its a promise ring, I promise to always be in love with you" i giggle "your so fucking cute!!" i lean over and kiss him like 10 times

"now for the last present its from your Mandy and I" Brad explains as he brings the box over to me "aw you guys are cute pairing together" they both laugh and i open the present, my jaws drops straight away, "are you guys serious!!" brad smiles and looks at mum, "i got a frigin camera" i run straight to mum and give her a massive and and run back to brad and hug him "you guys are amazing!!"

Brad helped me put the necklace on and get the camera set up, once it was all set up i took a photo with both mum and brad. We decided to start getting ready for the day.
I had a shower and decided on wearing my ripped denim jeans with a orange loose top, i applied some foundation, mascara and lipstick, i straightened my hair and put on my black sandals, i walked back down stairs and waited for brad, Mum came and sat down next to me "hey, Wheres Brian?" my smiled "he's at work sweetie" i look at mum confused at this bright mood "why are you in a cheerful mood" i look at he and wait for an answer "i'm pregnant" i froze "what?" i asked just to clarify "I'm Pregnant" "oh my god! I'm going to be a sister?! oh my god congratulations!!" i smiled and hugged mum.
I ran upstairs to brad and hugged him from behind "what's wrong?" he turns around trying to see my face "I'm going to be a sister!!" i looked up and had the biggest smile on my face "well, congratulations baby" i giggle "are you almost ready yet?" i ask sitting on the bed "yes just about" i watched as he started to fix his hair "your like a girl! my god man hurry up!" he turns around and looks at me "your just jealous that you don't have my good looks" i just laugh and go back on my phone.
"alright i'm ready, lets go" he walks over to the side of the bed to grab his keys and wallet "finally" i say as i get up off the bed, i hear brad laugh as he walks out the door. I follow him close behind and say goodbye to mum.
We hop in the car and intertwine our fingers together, "you know what we should do next year?" i ask putting my glasses on and looking over at him "whats that?" "have a joint party! our birthday is 6 days apart would be so much more easier!" I watch as he taps to the beat of the song that's on the radio "that isn't a bad idea Gomez, smart one you are" I smile and turn the music up.
The car stops and I looked away from my phone to see where we were, "this is so pretty!" I look at the the little cafe with all the people in it "it is hey! lets go in" I hop out of the car and meet brad at the front of the car, intertwine our fingers together and walk into the little cafe.
Best birthday so far...

heyy!! Sooo i got an email the other day saying that someone had commented on this book! I seriously didn't know that people want more of the book! i'm actually going to try and continue this book, now that i have wifi! let me know what your thoughts are on this book x
