I just read House of Hades and Leo and Calypso sound amazing. So I now ship them too. I'm thinking of writing a Leo + Calypso fan fiction next.

Hazel's POV

Leo's eyes fluttered open, Hazel sighed with relief. She had been so tensed. Coach Hedge had said Leo might die. When Hazel faced the idea of losing Leo forever, she broke down. She finally realised how much she needed him, how much he needed her. She couldn't keep her feelings under wraps any more, she had to confess her feelings to Leo.

Only problem, he might be dead.

Hazel almost fell off her chair with excitement. Piper screamed "Jason, Coach Hedge he's alive." She looked ecstatic.

Jason looked relieved. "Clearly" Leo said. "How many times do you want to almost die Valdez?" Coach Hedge asked. "I'm running out on my medicine supplies.

"Man, for a moment I thought we had lost you" Jason said. Piper hugged her arms and smiled, a tear rolled down her cheek. Leo chuckled, "I would probably have a more heroic death than dying by hitting my head against the rail"he said.

Suddenly Leo turned to Hazel, his eyes full of concern. She hadn't realised but her eyes were red and puffy from crying. "Jason, Coach can you help me navigate for a while?" Piper asked, while her eyes keenly scanned Leo and Hazel's faces. Jason nodded knowingly and walked off behind Piper,

Coach Hedge came up to Leo and said, "another time you injure yourself and I'm sending you back to my mama goat, she gonna give you some proper nutritional food." Leo smiled, "I'll remember that coach" he said. Coach Hedge mumbled something and left the room. That left Hazel and Leo alone in the room.

"I thought I was gonna lose you" Hazel cried, "what were you thinking?" "Clearly I wasn't thinking " Leo replied. "What do you think I would do without you?" Hazel asked. "What do you mean?" Leo asked. "Oh shut up repair boy" Hazel said and before she knew she had pulled him into a kiss.

It was the best feeling on earth. Hazel felt as if the world could blow up, Gaia could rise and her children could finish them all but she couldn't care less. She felt like she was a part of Leo or he was apart of her. She never wanted to let go,

At last she pulled back. Leo's eyes were wild and he was smiling crazily, Hazel couldn't look at her face but she guessed that she looked quite the same,

Leo ran his hand through Hazel's hair, "I like you a lot Hazel. I've been meaning to tell you this since a long time but I thought you only saw me as a friend. You're the best thing that's ever happened to me except Argo II-" Hazel punched him in the stomach. He groaned.

"I like you too Leo Valdez now shut up and kiss-" Hazel started but was interrupted by another kiss from Leo.

As he pulled back, his eyes shone like diamonds, these were definitely diamonds which was a gift and not a curse.
