But that was when Alan's misfortune started. As usual ,he and his friends went on a jolly ride and got drank. They argued unnecessarily among themselves while still enjoying the ride around town. In the heat of the argument, Alan , who was driving, turned to respond to one of the issues and just at that moment a gaggle of geese were crossing the road but he did not see them.
When he saw them ,he tried to swerve but it was too late ad the geese were all over the road. The vehicle somersaulted and one person died in the process while the rest , including Alan, were seriously injured. After three days in the hospital , and unable to move, he was finally told by the doctor that he had to deposit some money to enable them to carry out an important surgery on his spine otherwise, he would be paralysed. Who would help Alan?????? He had nobody except his aunty, whom he had turned his back on previously. Alan wept bitterly as he thought of his ungrateful attitude towards his aunty.
