Is this real?

*Justice, I'll bring justice to you all!* the thought rang in my head like a bell. When I started to regain consciousness, I smelled smoke and remembered the fire arrow piercing Taye's arm., when I looked over to him. His arm was still on fire. Without thinking, I threw myself on his arm to snuff out the fire. When I got up, his arm wasn't on fire anymore but his skin and muscle burned straight down the the bone, somehow, the bones stayed together without any joints to hold them and he was still asleep. When I smelled more smoke, I looked at the bottom of my shirt. A tiny flame was lit at the corner, without hesitation, I threw off my shirt and I batted it against the wall. As soon as the flame was out, I began to wonder why the fire hadn't hurt when It was on me or when I jumped on Taye's arm... I shrugged it off and decided to look around. I was astounded to see that this place was the same as the one in my dream earlier, I threw my shirt back on and began to explore the surroundings... When I came upon the door, I heard small foot taps on the other side. I quickly hid behind one of the nearest pillars. When the door opened, a teenager about the size of Taye walked out, when I looked closer, I realized that it wasn't a human, but a human-like goat. They looked like they were a girl. She was wearing long, purple robes that went from her neck, down to her feet, and on her chest, was the same insignia that I saw on the door. However, the thing that caught my attention the most was the white fireball floating just above her hand. She was walking in the direction of where I had just came from. *Taye!* I thought and I tried to sneak past her, running as fast as I could, as quietly as I could. When I made it to Taye, I saw her light of the flame coming closer. I slowly walked out from the side and stood in between her and Taye. If what I thought was true, then this fire wouldn't hurt. As she made it to us, she practically jumped out of her fur. "AAGH!!" She yelled and panicked with her fire. Soon there was white fire surrounding me, and just as I thought, the fire didn't hurt, but I was getting more and more exhausted with each passing moment. When the fire dispersed, I could barely stand. My vision blurred, and I blacked out

"Rielas! What have I told you about keeping your magic under control! And on a child no less!" A woman's voice shouted with authority.
"I-I't was an accident! He scared me so much I let it go as a reaction." Rielas countered.
"And what of the other child? He has an arm burned all the way to the bone!" The woman asked.
I woke up and sat up immediately. I was greeted with 2 pairs of green eyes.
"Greetings, my child, My name is Toriel, I am the queen of the underground." She said
"And my name is Rielas, I'm very sorry for burning you, it was an accident. You see, I'm not very used to my magic yet, but you wouldn't know much about that, would you?"
She asked akwardly.
"Heh. Funny that you say that, I...." My voice cut off as what had happened finally set in.
"Oh god, I-We, we can't be the only ones left."
"Hold on... What are you talking about, my child?" Toriel said, her tone filled with concern. She was wearing robes, similar to Rielas' but bigger and the sleeves where white.
"The- the Magic order, th-there all g-gone." I stuttered out.
"Gone? My child, what do you mean?" Toriel asked.
"K-killed, they're all d-dead." I replied, scared out of my wits.
"Killed?! By who, my child?" She interrogated.
"The Non magic order. T-they strayed f-from the path of magic, I-in order to make t-their stupid weapons of war."
"My child, I'm sorry to hear that. If you want, we can let you stay here." Toriel offered.
"R-really? T-thank you." As I got up from the bed, I noticed my shirt had been. Completely fixed, all the singes were fixed and all the dirt was washed away.
"My brother, Taye. Where is he?" I asked Toriel.
"He's here. In that room." She pointed to a room across the hallway. "Don't go in there. He's still asleep." She warned.
"Ok." I replied.
"So you're from the surface? What's it like?" Rielas jumped in.
"Depends on what you're looking at... From what I've seen. This place is better on all accounts."
