Maggie's pov

I wake up and Glenn's not beside me

He must be downstairs

"Glenn!" I holler

He runs upstairs and into our room

"What's wrong!" He yells

"Nothing is wrong, I just didn't know where you were." I reply

He sighs and sits on the end of the bed

"How are you feeling?" He asks

"Actually I feel a whole hell of a lot better." I tell him

He smiles and nods

"Good." He says

I get off the bed only feeling a little bit dizzy

Not much

I feel so much better

I start walking and I walk downstairs with Glenn following me

I get Down there and say hello to everyone

"Where are we heading today?" I ask Rick

"I was thinking we could hit up the closes town for food and supplies, maybe try to find a permanent shelter." He says

I nod and grab a granola bar

I open it and eat half and put the other half in my bag

Judith and Carl come downstairs and Carl starts feeding her

"She's getting so big." I say with a smile on my face

Rick nods and grins

We gather our supply's and head out of the door

We walk for about 10 miles and we come up on a small town

We find a old store with food and medicine and water in it

We take what we can fit in our bags and head down the road

I hear some growls coming up behind us

Me and Glenn are in the back and the rest are in the front

I turn around and see at least 20 walkers on us

I bump Glenn and he sees it and pushes me In front of him

I bump Rick and he turns around and sees them also

"Shit." I hear Rick mutter under his breath

By now everyone is aware that we are being followed by walkers

Rick puts Carl and Judith in the front of everyone so they can be kinda safer

We turn around ready to fight

We pull out our knives
And wait till they come up on us

We start stabbing them

They collapse 1 by 1 as we kill them

I turn around and there are some behind me

I go stab them and more and more are closing in on me and I start to panick..

This is how I die

I start hyperventilating and I fall on my knees and hold them close to my chest

Then all of a sudden they start falling

With Glenn and carol behind them

Glenn pulls me out of the stack of walkers they killed and pulls me beside him

We start killing more and more.....

There were way more then we expected

Wayyyyy more

Once there all dead I sit on the ground and start breathing heavy

Trying to get my breathing back right I drink some water and Glenn rubs the small of my back

I sigh and let my head drop between my knees

"Let's rest for a minute." Rick says as he sits down

"Thanks yall." I say the Glenn and carol

They smile a little bit and nod

After about 15 minutes we all stand up and walk down the road

Glenn looks at me

"Your dad is out here somewhere Maggie, he has to be."Glenn whispers

I nod with my head down low

Glenn always knows when something is on my mind or if I'm upset

It's like he can read my mind

We continue walking up the boring road

""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""

Glenn's pov

Maggie is really worried about her dad

I can tell

I rub her back and she eases up a little bit.

She looks up at me and gives me a small smile

I smile back a little

We continue walking

"Do you think we will find a place to stay permanently?" She whispers to me

"Don't worry Maggie, we will be alright. We are gonna get through this." I
whispers back

She nods letting one tear fall

I give her a sad smile

As we walk, some people come up on us.

Tyrees is with the people

We don't even see the people good enough before Sasha is running to him

We all give tyrees a hug

"Yall, this guy claims he knows a way to stop it! He has a cure!" Tyrees said

We introduce ourselves and there names are ,Abraham, Eugene, Rosita and Noah.

--------------------------------------Maggie's pov

"Would yall please come with us to DC?" Abraham says

Rick looks at the rest of us and everyone nods

I bearly nod

I wanted to find my dad before we left this area

But I don't say anything

We walk for a little bit longer until a miracle happens.......

I can't believe it........
