Chapter 8

I started packing my stuff until I realized, Noah is gonna see me if I leave as a girl. I roll my eyes and asked Alice if she can turn me into Cayden.

About two hours later, I was ready and I of course saw Alexa. "Oh, hey Alex!" I greeted. She looked mad. "Where have you been? I've been looking all over for you!" She yelled.

"Sorry, I was just...yeah!" I said trying to change the subject. "It's okay." She said forgiving me. I smiled and gave her a hug.

"By the way, I like my new nickname!" She said before winking. She looked down and gave a confused look. "Where you going?" She asked. I looked down.

"I have to somewhere!" I said quickly. She frowned and asked me if I was coming to the dance. I totally forgot. I nodded and so did she. My phone rang and it was Kevin.

"Yo!" I said into the phone. I looked at Alexa and she looked turned on. "Where are you?" He asked. "I'm with Alexa!" I said before hanging up.

I took Alexa's hand and we went into my dorm. "This is the guy's crib!" I said before drinking some water. She smiled and looked around.

"Kevin, Nathan, this is Alexa! Alexa, this is Kevin and Nathan!" I said. The guys drooled over her and I kinda got jealous. But why? I'm not into girls!

I snapped and they stopped. I jumped up on my bed and took my hat off. My hat was gone and I lookrd at who had it. Alexa.

I jumped down and chased her around the room. She fell on the couch and I hovered over her. She put the hat back on me and looked at my eyes deeply.

Our faces got closer. Am I reallyabout to kiss a girl? What is the girls were right? ...What if... I like Alexa? I pillow was thrown at us. "Get a room!" They yelled.

I smirked. "Okay, get out you two!" I yelled getting off her. "No! Go to her room then." Nathan said chuckling, but still focused on the game.

I walked over to Alexa and whispered that I was going to the dance with her. She got so excited that she hugged me tight.

She kissed my cheek- not my butt- and ran out the door. I sat next to the guys and they smirked at me. "What did you tell her?" Nathan asked suspiciously.

I shrugged and played the game but they paused it. "C'mon! I was playin that!" I whined. "You going to the dance with her so, you need a suit!" Kevin said going to the closet.

He got out a long sleeve white button up shirt, with black jeans and a black jacket. "Your size is small so I got it for you yesterday!" Kevin said smiling.

On the inside I was in awe but I had to play it cool. "Thanks Kev!" I said bumping my fist with his. He did it hard, which made me be in pain.

"Dude, are you okay?" Nathan asked laughing a little. I nodded and went to the closet. I got changed fast and fixed my wig.

I got out the closet and they looked at me like I was stupid. "Why didn't you go in the guys bathroom?" They both asked. I shrugged. And looked in the mirror.

Holy cow! I forgot how much of a dude I really look like. I hung out with the guys a little more until it was time for the dance.

We all looked nice and we went to buy our dates a corsage. We all went our different ways to the girls rooms. I knocked on the door and Alexa came out.

She look gorgeous. My eyes widen at her. She had a black short dress and it had lace on the top. I stared at her dress and she snapped her fingers.

"Eyes up here!" She said giggling a little. I smiled and gave her the corsage. I put my arm out and she wrapped her arm around mine as we walked to the doors.

We took a deep breath and opened the door. We saw everyone dancing and talking abd laughing and just having plain fun. We looked at each other and smiled.

We ran to the dance floor and started dancing. "Wanna get food?" Alexa yelled over the music. I nodded and we headed over there. We went to the chocolate fountain.

We both moaned with the hot chocolate in our mouth. "This is so good!" We yelled smiling. We drank some soda and we knew that the punch had liquor, so we didn't drink.

After a few dances, it turned to a slow song. We both smiled at each other and got closer she put her head on my shoulder and and my hand went to her waist.

"You know, Alex, I'm having a great time with you!" I whispered in her ear. She picked her head up and looked at my eyes. "Me too, Cay!" She said smiling and putting her head back down.

I looked over to see where Alice was and she dancing with Kevin. He dipped her and they were laughing. I looked over again, and saw Noah with the other girl kissing.

I felt tears again and Alexa picked her head up. "Are you okay?" She asked. I nodded and ran to the janitor's closet. After ten minutes, I heard a knock.

It opened and it was Alexa. She said next to me and rubbed my back. "What's the matter?" She asked with concerned. "Show me your face, please?" She begged sweetly.

I pick my head up and she's in awe. "Why are you crying?" She asked. "Nothing.." I said. "Okay, well, when you'reready to tell me, I'm here for you!" She said smiling.

I wiped my tears and stood up. I helpedAlex get up and we walked out and went back to have fun. The night was over and we walked to her dorm.

We stood in front of her door and looked at one another. "I had a great time tonight!" She said smiling. I smiled too. "Me too!" I said.

We just stood there. "Well, I guess I should go now..." I said awkwardly. She nodded. I was about to walk away then she pulled my arm back.

"I think when you were crying, that was the most bravest thing I have seen any guy do!" She said smiling. I rubbed my neck and blushed, looking down.

"Yeah well, I-" and then I felt lips on mine. My eyes widen and closed it. I put my hand on her cheek, to deepen the kiss. This feels so wrong but feels so right!

She pulled back and my eyes were still closed. I heardbher laugh and I opened my eyes. She went in her room and I stood out there, still in shock.

I touched my swollen lips and smiled. Well, I could be Cayden a little longer...
