Andrew's POV
Happy Birthday, Andrew!!! Nineteen already? Crazy how fast this life passes by. I know I missed eighteen years of your life, but I'm glad I got to be in it for almost a year. You mean more to me than I could possibly begin to tell you. You make me happy and you make me feel special. You take good care of me, and I'll forever be grateful. Even though we haven't know each other for that long, I know you'll always be there for me. You'll lend a shoulder to cry on and a hand to hold. You'll always be there to rub my back and kiss my forehead. You have given me the world in such a short amount of time. I love you and all you do for me. I love you babe. Have the best birthday ever. Love, Rose.
Andrew read her message at smiled the whole way through. He had read it at midnight but didn't want to respond to it then. Instead, he spent the whole night smiling and thinking about Rose. She was the sweetest girl and he didn't know how he got so lucky as to get her.
When Rose told him about that guy from work last night, Andrew felt jealous. That was until Rose told Andrew how she completely disregarded the man and told him off. It made Andrew happy and proud to know his girlfriend would always be loyal to him, and not take other guys hitting on her lightly.
Rose was his girl, and as far as he was concerned she would always be his girl. Andrew didn't sleep much that night. And when he did he dreamed of Rose. When his alarm went of at 7:30 a.m. signalling it was time for school, Andrew got up and began his day with a smile.
His smile only widened when he saw a sticky note on his door. Hey handsome. Better look good today. Happy Birthday! -Rose.
He smiled and shook his head. Andrew walked to his closet and was going through his shirts when he found another sticky note on his gray sweater that he loved. I remember when we bought this together. You loved it the moment you saw it. -Rose.
Andrew smiled and pulled out the sweater. He slipped in on with some of his blue jeans. He put on his socks and went to do his hair. He saw a sticky note on the mirror and smiled even bigger. Your hair is gorgeous. I love the way you do it. -Rose.
He did his blond hair in a messy way, because he knew Rose loved it. He cleaned out his sleepy eyes and reached for his cologne There was yet another note on his cologne. I love the way you always smell. It makes me really happy. -Rose.
Andrew loved seeing all these sticky notes with little things written by Rose on them. It was a nice surprise on his birthday. Andrew looked around the bathroom and saw no other sticky notes. He headed back to his room to see if there were more. Sure enough there was one on his coat. Wear this! It's freezing! -Rose.
He laughed at how cute she could be even through sticky notes. He made sure to grab his coat and his phone before walking down the stairs. He went into the kitchen to grab something to eat when he found a sticky note on the fridge. Eat up. Wouldn't want the birthday boy to be hungry. -Rose.
Andrew grabbed an apple and a yogurt and ate silently. Aunt Cynthia was already gone and Uncle Seth was probably still asleep. Most days Andrew would feel a little lonely but today was not the case. He ate fast hoping he could find more sticky notes. He found one on top of his shoes as he was slipping them on. I'm glad you wore these. They've always been your favorite. -Rose.
Andrew pulled his coat on and ran up the stairs. He put the sticky notes he found by the others on his dresser. He ran back down stairs and to the front door. He was going to be late for his class if he didn't hurry. He was about to run out the door when he saw another sticky note. Don't be late! -Rose.
