I sigh happily. I'm surrounded by the softness of fluffy sheets in my warm, cozy bed. A million pillows are piled everywhere; under me, over me, beside me, and being hugged by me. I roll over to get some more sleep when my cell phone rings. I snatch my phone from the black nightstand beside my queen sized bed. I don't even bother to check the caller ID before answering it.

"Hello?" I grumble, sleepily.

"Hey, Duncan, my man!" shouts a familiar voice in an exclamatory voice.

"Geoff! What's up, man?" I ask.

"I'm doing great! What's up with you?" Geoff answers in his always cheerful way.

"Well, I just woke up..."

"Ah, sorry man for waking you. I just heard that you and Court were a thing again!" he says.

"Yeah, we are..." I reply. I rub the back of my head. "Wait. How did you hear that?"

"Ah, ya know my girl, Bridge heard from Courtney! That's awesome man! I always loved you guys more than you and Gwen!" exclaims Geoff. I love us more than Gwen and me, too... So, Courtney talked to Bridgette about me... Interesting...

"Oh. How are you and Bridgette, anyways?" I ask, sitting up a little bit.

"Well, ya know we've lived together for the past few years and we got hitched and stuff... I definitely would've invited ya, man, but Bridge and I agreed no one from the show. Too much drama, ya know? 'Cause what if we only invited, say you and Courtney and such, but then the others like Zeke or whatever found out and came? Probably wouldn't have gone too well..." he explains. I hear a sigh through the phone.

"Yeah, I get it. A good decision. When did you two get married?" I ask. Man, these two have been together forever.

"Um, about two years ago. Next Tuesday is our second anniversary, actually..." Geoff answers.

"Happy early anniversary! Tell Bridge I said so, too," I exclaim. Wow, that's great. Good for them. "Are you still in Canada?"

"I'll tell her. Yeah, we're still here, closer to the west coast though for the waves. I own a surf shop and Bridgette teaches young kids to surf when she's not at the vet clinic," he says. Bridgette became a veterinarian, huh? I remember she always loved animals. Good for her.

"Well, it seems like you've got it pretty good."

"Yeah, what're you doing?"

"I'm a car mechanic now. I'm pretty good at it," I answer with a laugh.

"I wonder why..." Geoff jokes and starts laughing his ass off.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah. I know." I crack up and we both try to compose ourselves. "We should meet up and grab a drink? What do ya say?"

"That sounds awesome! I'm free tomorrow night, you?" he suggests.

"I'm free, too.  How bout we meet up at Ed's Coolerz?" I ask.  This time though not for one night stands... I remind myself.

"Aw man, I love that place!  Sure thing, dude!" Geoff shouts into the phone causing me to pull it away from my ear slightly.  "Well, I'll see ya there!  Later, man!"

"Yeah, see ya!" I say before hanging up.  Luckily, today's my day off, so I roll back over for some more sleep.  Geoff called me at 9:03 in the morning, geez!  Back in my sleepy haze, I dream of the whole Total Drama cast.
