Charles p.o.v

It was around noon the next day and we decided to stay at home. Alli caught up on housework and I did some more editing. Chaz ran up to me wearing grey shorts and a black t shirt with a pair of high tops.

"Hey can I go outside and play?" Chaz asked.

"I dunno Chaz". I said to him not wanting him to disappear.

"Pleaseeee daddy I'll only stay in the street". He whined.

"Fine but stay on the street". I warned as he ran out the front door. I looked back at my laptop and continued editing.

Chaz's p.o.v

I ran out into the street I looked around for Lucy she was five like me and we always play together. Then I seen her I ran up to her. She looked upset.

"Hey Lucy". I said as I sat next to her.

"Hi". She said it looked like she was crying.

"Are you okay?". I asked.

"No, duke took my dolly". She sniffed.

Duke was a 9 year old bully he's the one that's been giving me all these bruises. I wanted to go get Lucy's doll back for her.

"I'll go get your doll". I said as I got up and walked over to duke.

He saw me coming and laughed.

"Why isn't it little trippy". He laughed.

"Give Lucy back her doll". I asked.

"No way!". He laughed again

I tried to reach for it but he pushed me away.

"Why don't you go pick on someone your own size". I shouted.

"Fine, I'll pick on you!". And with that he pushed me to the ground and started punching me.

I tried to hit back but he was too strong. I tried my best not to cry. His friends picked me up and held me back. I felt my nose bleeding. Then duke started punching me in the stomach. He finally stopped hitting me and threw the doll at my face. I couldn't go home like this daddy will be upset that I didn't stand up for myself.
