Ch.3 Uhm, Maybe

It's last period and I'll admit today has been fun. I've been late to mostly all of my classes because I couldn't find them, but besides that it's been pretty cool.

~LONG RING~

I was cut from my thoughts as the last bell rang for our dismissal. I walked outside heading toward my car as I saw Calvin running up to me. We only had 1rst pd together and he's pretty cool but he has so many girls all over him, he's a flirt, but who wouldn't like him though I mean look at him.

"Hey Jaz, where you going" Calvin asked me breaking my thoughts.

"I'm finna go home" I replied.

"Uhm, oh, well I'm having a party Friday night it starts at 10 do you wanna come?"

"Nope" I said popping the p.

"Com'on why not?" He said.

"Because I don't have time for party's and I don't know nobody here so why would I come? I'm not gone have fun anyways, and I don't want none of your lil girlfriend~groupies getting mad and starting beef with me " I told him.

"Tf I don't have girlfriend's or groupies" he said "It'll be fun, and you don't have to know anyone to have fun and besides you know me. I'm not gone let nobody start anything with you. I'll take care of you." he said smiling.

I blushed at how handsome he was when he smiled.

"You promise?" I asked him.

"I promise."

"Well. Uhm, Maybe"

"Uhm-Maybe my ass you better be there" he said

I burst out in laughter "I'll be there."

"Good. Can I have your number" he asked.

"No" I said bluntly.

"No?" He repeated.

~Long Pause~

"But I'll take yours" I told him as a grin appeared on his face. (Y'all remember that part on the movie Set it off😂)

"Okay lil ma." He said as I gave him my phone to save his number.

He saved his number, I got my phone and started to walk away.

"Wait!" He yelled.

"Sir?" I said as I turned around.

"Sir? Hell nawl" he said in a mocking tone before laughing.

"Tf you want"

"Nothing baby, I just want you to call me tonight or maybe text. Something"

"Maybe". I said again blushing and rolling my eyes.

I walked to my car and drove home. Contemplating on the party Friday. Ughh why did I agree to that.

I know this chapter was hella boring but the party Friday gone be turnt. I promise. Maybe Kamryn can even find out more about Calvin that she didn't know.
