I shove my hands in my pockets as a cloud of breath escapes my lips. Walking down the steps from Marcel's house, I look around at fall settling in. Leaves are changing colors and falling into crisp little piles on the sidewalk. The air turning chilly with a fresh sense of freedom. I inhale and exhale deeply, absorbing the newly come season. Walking down the street I hear the familiar clicking noise of a pair of high heels.

"Hey there Izz, wait for me." Georgia shouts.

"Izz?" I turn, looking at her puzzled.

"Oh yeah sorry Isabella, I thought I could give you a nickname." She shrugs. I nod  my response. A silence falls over us, not an awkward one, one where we're appreciating the company.

"Uhm Georgia, you know how you were talking about Harry the other night?" I finally speak.

"Yeah?"

"Well what would you say if I said I knew him and I see him pretty much everyday?"

"I'd say you were a lucky woman."

"No I was trying to get at the fact that I could get you two back together- I mean as friends or anything you guys want, that's cool, whatever." I shrug off the ending of my "save".

"Really?! Oh that would be just wonderful!" Her face lights up with glee.

"Well if you don't have any plans maybe you could spend the night over at my house and in the morning we'll go over together. How does that sound?"

"Oh I'm so excited, it sounds really good and wow this is like," She sighs, "This is a great thing you're doing, really it is." She looks at me.

"I hope so, I don't want to ruin anything." We turn up my drive.

"Would your folks mind me?" She asks a little unsure.

"No not at all, they're really cool." I reply.

"Okay," she mumbles as we walk through the door.

I plop down on the couch, "You know I've never had a real sleepover?"

"Really?? My gawd you must have never truly lived!" She faces me sitting criss cross apple sauce on the couch next to me.

I shrug, "So what do we do?"

"Well we could do make overs, or what I call the lazy one."

"What's the lazy one?"

"That's where we put on sweats, curl up in blankets, eat snacks and watch a movie. And if the movie ends before you fall asleep, you put another one in until you do."

"I think I like that one."

"Alrighty, first up, we need sweats. Do you mind if I borrow some?"

"I don't mind, come on." I get up and lead her to my room. Grabbing out some sweats I hand  her a pair, "I'll change in the bathroom and you can change in here." She nods and I close the bathroom door behind me.

When we're done changing I lead her to the kitchen. "So we'll need popcorn, chips, pretzels, chocolate, and ice cream." She directs. We grab the food and head into the living room.

"You pick out a movie while I grab some blankets and stuff." I say pointing to the movies and then going to get everything.

"Ready?" She asks when I get back. I look at the T.v. and the menu screen shines back at me.

"Ready." I curl up in a blanket.

We munch away on snacks and I guess I fell asleep before the movie ended because I don't remember seeing the ending.
