Chapter 9: " Head down to my toenails"

(Ps. This is my very FIRST time writing fight scene! So this is a heads up if it sucks!!)

" Nnph.." I faintly groan.

Laxus's spell that he used against me was non other than, Lightning Dragons Roar.

I didn't have time to block it or get out of the way in time. Why?

Well, the spell that I am going to use against Laxus is complicated.

To cast the spell correctly and safely for the spell caster, you have to stay in the same spot from where you begin the match.

Is it a pain in the ass?

Very much so.

" Aw.. What's wrong little one? Can't handle it?" Laxus teases and snickers at my frame.

" Your not suppose to hit a girl!" I yell playfully.

" Your a girl?" He asks.

" That's it!" I growl deeply.

I open my arms out wide by my sides; as I do so, the palms of my hands shine a huge bright yellow light. The air around me swirls, a few pieces of grass broke off and flew around me with the wind.

Then, everything stops.

" W-What's goin' on?" Laxus stammered as he stared at the grass that froze in the air. Even the dust around me stayed in the air.

My different colored eyes swirled and flickered between their normal colors to a bright yellow.

" Tempus retardo,

frigidus ventus in loco,

sidera fulgent quam sol tuus,

obscuriore luce caeli,"

I started to chant.

The sky darkened as if it became dusk hour. The stars in the sky begun to shine brighter than the sun.

" Accedite ad me voca,

nunc circuitu,

paulatim decidet,

stare super me sicut nix,"

The stars slowly fell down towards me, stopping above me were my hands held high as if I was hold them. They all formed into a sphere, as if was a mini sun.

" sequuntur, per se,

cum impetum,

currere faciam eum ad,

matrem suam,

ut ei numquam regressus,

Sol et stellae Satani!"

The sky turned back to its normal color, everything that froze later fell back to the earth where it belonged. The shining from my hands and eyes also vanished since that spell took a lot of my magic energy.

I laid on my back, panting for breath as I stared up at nothing but darkness; my eyes closed.

I, of course, had scratches that ran from the top of my head down to my toenails.

'Sol et stellae Satani' - Latin for The Sun and Stars Explosion.

It is my most powerful spell that I have mastered over the years so far.

And it is by far the most difficult to learn; even just knowing the words or knowing someone that knows it.

But as we all know, there are far worst and more extreme spells out there in the darkest and brightest of the world.

Or should I say, worlds.

Yes, I know that Edolas has all their magic sucked out of them from Fairy Tail's encounter. But I do know for a fact that Edolas still has dark secrets. Almost as dark as Zeref's. But let's not get into that now shall we.

Right now, I need to worry about me and my butt.

Especially when Laxus wakes up.
