You thought back one how horrible your life was before you snuck out of the mansion and decided to make a new better life for yourself.

You were "(y/n) (L/n)" heir to the (l/n) family. The (l/n) family was known as the second best family of assassins, only falling behind the acclaimed Zoldyck family.

You were constantly being tortured, and "trained" as your mother called it, to be the head of the house. But who wants their life planned out for them? Not you that's for sure, so you left, yes it took nearly killing your brother, and the use of incredibly strong nen to do it, but at least you were out of that hell.

You were walking through York New city since you heard about a huge market going on and decided to check it out.

You saw a lot of cool antique pots, paintings, and even rare treasures which still had traces of nen on them.

"Why aren't you beautiful miss! Would you like to see our large selection of new cellphones?"

"Oh um actually I got to get go-"

"I'm selling them for a great price! Come over here and take your pick!"

It was pretty obvious there was no way you were getting anywhere with this guy, so you reluctantly walked over to the booth. There were 3 other guys at the booth, the first two looked about your age, but the third one looked maybe in his late 20's?

"Pick anyone that catches your eye!"

You looked at the array of fancy phones and reached for a slightly larger one that looked pretty advanced. As you did you felt someone else's hand touch the phone too, and looked up to see a tan boy wearing all green with super spiky black/green hair

You quickly pulled your hand away

"Hi there, I'm Gon! Gon Freecs! what's your name?!" The boy happily said.
"I'm (y/n) (l/n) you told the overly exicted boy

"You can take it if you want, I'll get a different one!" He said while pulling his hand away.

"O-oh no it's fine you take it! I don't even need one it's ok!" You told Gon

"Thanks (y/n)! Your really nice!"

"Ah your welcome! It's no big deal!" You shyly smiled at the three

"You said your name was (y/n) (l/n) right?" Asked a boy with soft looking white hair

"That's right" you confirmed

"Your not part of the (l/n) family are you?" He asked

"Well yes, but I left that hell, and I'm never going back! I hated it there!"

"Oh I see. So my mom didn't send you to find me" he said

"Send me to find you? What do you mean? Who are you?" You asked slightly confused

"I'm Killua, Killua Zoldyck" the albino haired boy said

"Zoldyck, oh I see. What are you doing out side of your property? Last I heard your mother was grooming you to become the head of your family"

"Same as you. I was done with that whole "conditioning" crap so I ran away a while back" he stated

"I hated being an assassin. I hated killing people I was told to kill. I hated that I didn't have a say in any part of my life." You said

"Huh, join the club. I'm never going to become head of the family, Gon and I will just have to spend our lives adventuring, and training to get stronger! Isn't that right Gon?" Killua asked
