My name is Victoria De Angellis. Older twin sister of Tiffany de Angellis. On our 16th birthday our parents injected Tiff and I with a chemical compound that would prevent us from any form of sickness or virus. But later I discovered it had changed us into something more. Into something impossible. I teach high advanced art classes and sell my art to those that enjoy my view of the world, understand where my art pieces come from, and Tiffany is a Reporter and Mediocre Scientist for the RCPD
(Unlike the name, she's actually paid a lot.)
But what we didn't know was that people out there wanted our parents' formula. And it just brought along trouble. Up until now we are unsure if they perfected the formula after our mother destroyed it. But with our powers we train to fight crime and defeat those like us. Our main goal is stopping those that are kidnapping and experimenting on the innocent.
