When i was a little girl
I would always believe in all the lies.
When someone told me that I'm beautiful,
I would just shrug and blush hoping that it's true.
My parents once told me that they loved me dearly,
That love can conquer all and i have nothing to worry
Never in a million years they told me what was the screams about
Everytime i asked, my father would only tell me that 'love conquers all'
When i was a little girl,
I would always believe in all the lies.
Now that i am a matured girl,
I should've known better.
