When Chloe had seen that two of her best friends were kissing each other, one being the girl that she just expressed her feelings two hours ago and the other saying that she has feelings for the same girl, she dropped the flowers. Disappearing before the two in the room could see that she had dropped by. Aubrey went to the door so she could close it so the two could have some privacy. Meanwhile Chloe was getting into the elevator crying hysterically. She was alone until this other young surgeon came in. Chloe quickly wiped her tears with her sleeves and tried to sniff back the runny nose that she had.
"Rough day huh?"
"Tell me about it." Chloe playfully made a tiny laugh. She had seen that on the surgeon's tag had the name Jennifer Adams.
"So what brings you here, sorry I'm getting into your business."
"No, no it's fine. Actually I was here to surprise my best friend and the girl I had a crush on but then I see the two kissing each other, and now look at me. I'm a mess." The surgeon came and gave Chloe a hug.
"I'm so sorry. They're are plenty of fish in the sea, which by one fish is me." Jennifer wrote her number on a piece of paper and handed it to Chloe before she walked out of the elevator. Chloe thought maybe it was time for her to move on.
Meanwhile, back to Beca and Aubrey. Beca felt disgusted, not by the fact she kissed a girl but the fact that she kissed two girls in the same day. It made her a hypocrite because she was just saying she wasn't sure if she had feelings for a girl but then turned around and kissed another one.
"Hey, Aubrey."
"Yes Beca."
"I don't want things with us to move fast. I mean you did tell me yesterday you liked me, but I don't know if I am ready for a relationship with a girl. I mean they're is nothing wrong with you at all, I just need some time to think."
"I understand, I won't kiss you again. I promise. We'll just see what happens by taking it slow."
"Thank you." Beca then kissed Aubrey's injured hand.

It has been 2 days since the car accident and Beca was able to go back home. Well she wasn't going to make it to LA anytime soon, so her manager gave her time to recover emotionally until she was sure she was ready to move. Aubrey and her agreed that Beca would move in until she was ready to leave. Aubrey went to go home to get ready and bring back clothes for Beca.
Chloe was holding the paper that the surgeon gave her number on. She was debating if she should call Jennifer or not. She grabbed her phone and her fingers managed to dial the number. She kept on saying 'Oh shxt' once it started ringing but then Jennifer answered.
"Hello?" Chloe nervously dropped her phone on the floor. "Uh, hello?"
"Ugh, hi yes. Is this Jennifer?"
"This is her."
"Yeah this is Chloe.
"Chloe?"
"Yeah the one from the elevator."
"Oh, your name is Chloe. Haha I guess we didn't introduce ourselves properly. But how did you know my name?"
"Your tag."
"Right, right."
".... I'm sorry, I just haven't been in a relationship in a while it's like I forgot what to say."
"Yeah, same with me. Well why don't we hang out some time, how's tonight sound?"
"Yes, tonight sounds yes. I mean great, just great."
