Chloe's POV
It was raining outside. How great! But Beca always loved the rain, whenever we hanged out we would cuddle on her bed and watch movies. Jesse taught her to love movies. Why am I thinking about Beca?! Maybe it's the fact that I am with her right now. Well actually she is inside getting ready and I decided to wait in the car. I go ahead and call Aubrey to let her know what is up.

Aubrey. A-are you crying?
My heart out, yes. Chloe I ruined everything. I still love Beca. I didn't mean to cheat it just happened.
Aubrey, you can't do this right now. I mean like she is hurting and hiding her feelings right now. You guys maybe should take a break.

I see Beca walk outside and lock the door. Damn, that booty though.... I mean what? Chloe don't turn out to be a cheater too. Snap out of i-

I drove to the nearest coffee shop that google maps gave me. I parked the car and then grabbed my umbrella.
Dude, you know that you'll get just a bit wet. I mean you don't need an umbrella.
But I don't want to get wet.
*Beca rolls her eyes with a smile*
I decide to leave the umbrella in the car. We both get out of the car and I run to the door and get inside quickly before my hair gets wet. Beca laughs at what she says is 'dramatic'.
Hi, what can I get for you two? *coffee tender*
Hi yes, I would like a peppermint mocha. *Beca*
Yes and I will take also one of those. *Chloe*
Okay that will be $6.75.
*Beca hands in her debit card*
Are you sure, I can take it.
I'm sure. You can take the next one.

We both find a table to sit at. I then finally notice that Beca brought her laptop. We then go to like a 'Study Room' where you can work on basically school or just chill out and relax. No one was in there so we had the room to ourselves.
So how do you like California? *Beca*
Well I thought we were coming to sunny California not rainy California.
Well, we barely even get it here so it is actually pretty nice.

So how is you and Jennifer?
Doing good, yeah. She is getting her masters.
Oh how nice, what about you though? You know I haven't seen you in a long time. I miss you.
*Sips Coffee* Yeah I've been okay. I don't know....

Jennifer. Me and her are going through the same thing. I found out she was cheating but I decided to give her another chance you know.
Yeah yeah. I'm sorry.
It's fine, but it's also hard. I mean like I try try try but doesn't seem like no effort is coming from her.
Yeah. We should've went out before I left and none of this would have happened. *laughs*
When she brought that up I thought it was funny. I mean it was a long time ago but I forgiven her. I mean it did hurt to see her with my best friend but I mean, it is what it is.
She went on her laptop to play some music she has been working on. She gave me part of her earphone and I listened.

I just shook my head slowly enjoying the song. I've never heard this side of Beca before. She sounded so beautiful.

She smiled, and it was a smile I haven't seen in forever since she was back home. I could honestly watch her smile for a long time. I began to notice feelings were coming back. I was never happy with Jen so maybe I should break up with her before I lose time and Beca.
