Alyssa's pov
The nurse finally shows up with my pain medicine and i take it. Not realizing I was never asked what I was allergic to, I begin to worry a little. It's like a list of what I'm allergic to and I can't remember it. I just relax and slowly start to fall asleep next to my Whitney while ash is sitting in the chair.
1 hour later
I wake up from my nap and look to see who was still here. Ash and Whit were still here and they were both sleeping. I was a little hungry but just decided to wait till ash or Whit woke up to get food. My hand was still hurting a lot. But it's to be expected. Ash wakes up and whispers something but I couldn't hear her. "What?" I said quietly to Ash. Her lips start moving again but I couldn't hear what she was saying. I started getting dizzy and lightheaded and I yelled "ash! Wake Whit up!!! Help! Call the nurse!" "You're ok Alyssa. You still have about 4 hours till you can have your pain medication," ash says. I now think I'm gonna pass out so I start tapping Whit. "Whit, whit whit!!!!! Get up!!! Help me! Call the nurse!" I scream and starting to cry. I didn't know what was happening to me. What if I'm dying? "Ash, please! Wake Whit up and call the nurse!!! Something is wrong with me!!!" Everything starts going black and I reach over and grab Whit's hand. Then everything does go black.
Ash's pov
Alyssa was yelling at me to wake Whit and call the nurse but i thought she just wanted pain medicine. Then when her eyes shut I began to worry a bit. "Lys? Are you ok?" I ask brushing my finger in her hair. I got no response and so I decided to safe rather than sorry so I hit the button to call the nurse.
2 minutes later the nurse walks in
"What seems to be the matter miss?" The nurse asks. "Well Alyssa asked me to wake her friend Whitney up and then to call for a nurse and I assumed that she just wanted more pain medicine and so I told her that it wasn't time yet. Then I think she passed out or something and she's not responding!" I say. The nurse wakes whit up and asks her to get out of the bed. She then wheels Alyssa out of the room. "What's going on Ash?" Whit asks. "Long story short: Alyssa just passed out!" I say.
