It had been a couple years since Kato and I had been married and Kagome kept bugging and teasing us about a grandchild, sometimes InuYasha would join in with her. After awhile Kato and I decided we should try for one.
After nine months a baby girl was born. She had black hair like Kato and her ears were black and white. She didn't have a tail but she had beautiful green eyes. We named her kata she was a really calm child and so cute. Kagome said that she had never seen InuYasha so protective before.
Kato was pretty protective over his daughter also. She grew pretty quickly she revived Karo's demon blood along with mine so she was a full demon though she had three different types of demon in her she managed to keep her powers controlled which surprised me for her age.
I was watching her one day and Inuyasha was leaned up against the wall holding his sword as she went over to him he looked down at her and smiled a little as she ran over to him.
"Papa!!" She said running over to him holding her arms wide open as he caught her. He smiled at her and he picked her up as she pet his ears. I giggled as I watched them. Kagome said that Inuyasha was pretty hard with emotions sometimes but lately he's been a big softy.
