Words in my head,
Never get out,
Thoughts everywhere,
My mouth kept shut.
So many things,
Going on inside,
So many thoughts,
I try to hide.
Talk to someone,
Is what they say,
But how can you
Speak about things
Like these?
Take one step back,
Rather than one forward,
Out of fear,
Stay in the dark.
