Chapter Six
Colt’s POV
Hunter and I jumped in my truck and drove to our rental home. “Man I didn’t want to leave her!” Hunter groaned and banged his head on the back of the seat. “No der Sherlock! I didn’t want to leave her either, I wanted to take her right there.” I smirked at the thought the groaned since my tent was pitched up down south if you catch my drift.
We unlocked the front door and walked in, I laid down on the couch, we had 4 hours to spare. “Hey Hunter, let’s go get ou princess a present!” I smiled jumping up and grabbing my keys. “Sounds good let’s go! Well hey, let’s split up and buy things, text each other to make sure we don’t get the same thing!” Hunter smirked proudly. “Ok, well I will take my truck you take the mustang.” I smirked and we left to go shopping for our baby girl.
I pulled up at a jewelry store. ‘Have you got her any jewelry yet?’ I sent to my brother through the mind link. ‘No, put I wanted to get her a locket from both of us and I don’t know earrings to match.’ Hunter sent back. ‘Ok, I’m going to go ahead and get a bracelet.’ I sent back and smiled walking in. There was so much jewelry to choose from that I was in Awe. “Hello, how may I help you?” A male salesman asked nicely, I smiled and looked for a gift that my baby would love.
Bethany’s POV
I got home and started to get ready. I hoped in the shower and when I got out my mother was sitting on my bed. “Mom, I am naked!” I said and she giggled. “I am giving you one of your birthday presents! Here wear it tonight!” Mom smiled and left. I opened the bag and there was a beautiful dress! It was white and had black flowers with a black waistband. I was in love with this dress!!!!
I pulled on my black lace strapless bra on and my matching black panties, then slid on the dress, it was a perfect fit!!!!!! ‘Oh mom, I forgot to tell you earlier, I invited two people.’ I linked her and she said ok. ‘Alex, Jake, don’t tell mom or dad that I found my mate, well mates.’ I linked them and they said fine.
I went in my bathroom and looked in the mirror and thought about how to style my hair. I finally decided to curl it slight on the ends giving it volume. It looked cute! I did my black eyeliner, eye shadow, and mascara. I went to my closet and found some black flats that matched and smiled, I looked amazing! And I loved this dress since it fit my body perfectly, showing off my curves and my chest size, without my boobs barely covered, they were covered and showed just the right amount.
I walked down stairs and smelled my mother’s cooking, it smelt so mouthwatering! “Hunny, your grandparents will be here around 45 after, so will you just go do something but stay out of the dining area?” Mom smiled. “Let me help set the table outside.” I grabbed a few plates out of the cabinets, only for Alex to grab them. “Nope! The birthday girl does nothing!” He smirked and walked out back. I sighed and herd growling, it was cute! I saw Spike come running in the room, growling with his toy monkey; which is bigger than him, in his mouth running to me.
“Spike! Come here boy! Awe you are just too cute!” I smiled and picked him up; he started to lick me and play. “Honey, will you get the door please, that is your grandparents!” Mom shouted from the kitchen. I ran to the door, sure enough it was my grandparents. I called them Mawmaw and PawPaw. My other grandparents had died a few years back.
“Mawmaw, Pawpaw!” I hugged them and kissed their cheeks. “My oh my! Look at how much you’ve grown!” Pawpaw smiled and ruffled my hair. “Pawpaw! No my hair was perfect!” I pouted and glared he just chuckled. “Where are my boys?” Pawpaw yelled and walked to the kitchen. “Hey love, have you found your mate yet?” Mawmaw smiled and wiggled her eyebrows. I blushed and nodded. “Oh my!!! Is he handsome?! When can I meet him?” Mawmaw squealed. “Shhhh! And you can meet them later.” I said the last part quietly. “Them?” Mawmaw gasped. “Yes now hush!” I napped and walked to the kitchen to grab me something to drink.
“Hun, when are your guest supposed to be here?” Mom asked as she started taking food outside to the patio table. Just then I heard car doors shut and the most mouthwatering scent that could only belong to my mates. “Now.” I smirked and raced to the door. I opened the door and was greeted with two pairs of arms wrapping around my waist and two pairs of lips on each side of my cheeks.
“You look ravishing.” Colt growled, his eyes turned to a dark blue. I must agree, I could take you now.” Hunter smirked, his eyes growing darker as well. “Well you won’t, let’s go. You must deal with my father.” Alex snarled from behind me and we walked out back, my parents and grandparents staring in disbelief.
“Why are your guest guys? Since when do you hang around guys?” Dad snarled. “Well dad, these are my mates. Yes I have two mates, they are twins. This is Hunter and Colt Slade, my lovely mates.” I smiled proudly as my parents gasped and stared at my mates in shock then horror. “Nice to meet you mother, father, grandmother and grandfather.” The brothers smiled and bowed. “No, this isn’t happening!” My father growled and I looked at him in shock, he was shaking in rage.
