Let Her Go

Chapter 4

                  

Rey's POV

I sat on the ship that Lucifer drug me on to. He touched my hair. "What's wrong, love," Lucifer purred in my ear.

I turned and smacked him across his face. Lucifer sits back stunned. "Touch me again and you'll never never see you hand."

Lucifer sits back and laughs. I cross my arms. "What the hell am I doing here anyway? If you want something then just tell me and let me go," I say getting annoyed.

"I only want three things. To rule the galaxy and for you to rule beside me," Lucifer said looking out the window.

I cock my head. "And the third one is?"

Lucifer turns back to me and smile. "Ah yes. The third thing." I look down at the floor. He grabs my chin and forces me to look at him.

"For you to love me."

I kick out my legs and hit his stomach. Lucifer staggers back. He looks at me with fire in his eyes. He strides towards me.

He raises his hand and strikes me across the face. I scream in pain. I hold my hand to my cheek. Lucifer picks me up using the force. He slams me against a wall.

I claw at my neck, not being able to breath. "You will learn to respect me one way or another. You can chose just to do it or we can do it like this. It's your choice," Lucifer said with an evil grin. He drops me and I lay on the floor coughing. "I left you clothes over there. Change out of that party dress."

He leaves the room. I stand up and stager over to the pile of clothes. I change and look at my tattered dress. I smooth out the silk. I reach up and take off my flower crown. I run my fingers over the delicate petals.

Memories of Ben run through my head. I wasn't going to stay in this hellhole for long. I knew that.

And I was going to give in to Lucifer. Sure as hell I wasn't going to respect that bitch.

Ben's POV

I wake up covered in sweat. I look at my clock. 6:48 AM. Perfect. I grab a duffle bag and stuff it full of clothes. I grab my lightsaber and hook it on my belt.

I run out of my room and head towards the hanger. I climb on the nearest ship. If I appreciate my dad for one thing, it's for him teaching me how to fly a ship.

I start the engine and fly off. "Don't worry Rey. I'm coming for you."

After hour of flying, I pick up on a signal from a Imperial ship. I jump out of hyperspace.

Before knew what was happening, my ship was hit. I could it feel it falling. I tried everything I could to start it up, but it wouldn't.

"Dammit!" I screamed.

I see us enter into a atmosphere of a plant. I buckle into my seat hopping I survive the crash. My ship my impact on the ground.

It slides for what feels like forever. I unbuckle and cut through the ship with my lightsaber.

I step out into the hot terrain. I swing my duffle bag over my shoulder and head for a city I see in the distance.
