Two years later, Azalea strode through the open road. Sounds of civilization drifted towards her. She walked a bit faster until she rammed into someone.

"Sorry," she muttered.

"Azalea?" a voice she hadn't heard in a while asked.

"Gandalf?" she replied.

"Well, it sure has been some time, hasn't it?" the wizard asked. "How are you?"

"I'm better," she answered. "You?"

"As fine as I'll ever be," he told her. He paused, then continued.

"You know, my offer still stands. I could give you your sight back," he reminded her.

"No," she answered firmly. "I don't want to see a world without him."

"All right, then," the wizard agreed. "I had best be on my way."

"All right. It was great to hear you again," Azalea said. "Wait. Where am I?"

"You are in the Shire," Gandalf replied through a smile.

A smile spread across her own face.

"What time is it?" she wondered.

"Almost four," Gandalf answered.

Her smile got bigger.

"If you could point me in the direction of Bag End, please. I have to go visit someone."
