I grabbed Nate's hand and we walked away. Maybe I could be his instead of Mark's.

I definitely won't miss "My Markipoo."

Nate

-Tuesday afternoon-

Jacky
Movie night?

I smiled at my phone.

Nathan
Yeah that would be cool :)

Jacky
Awesome! I'll see you soon! :)

Nathan
Alrighty Jack :)

I grabbed movies from my shelf and put them on the coffee table. Jack and I have been getting really close lately and that makes me really happy.

You have a crush on him.

No I d-

Knock. Knock.

Soft knocks were heard. Jack's here. I smiled and went to open the door. Instantly, I regretted it. Someone punched me and I stumbled back, and fell.

Mark.

"What do you want?" I hissed.

"My Jack." He practically growled at me.

I got up only to be thrown down again. Mark got on top of me and started punching. I did my best to block the punches and pushed him off. He shoved me against the wall and kneed me in the gut.

Nathan. No. Don't fight back. You can't do this again.

Mark threw me to the floor again and kicked me continuously.

Fuck it.

He was about to kick me again but I grabbed his leg and pulled him down. He landed on the floor with a loud thump. I took this opportunity to get on top and start punching him.

"He's not your Jack anymore, Mark. He's mine." I snarled as I hit him.

That only angered him more. He pushed me off him and got up. I got up and he tackled me into a wall. Oops it made a hole. Great. I groaned in pain and he threw me to the door as it opened. I ran into whoever was walking in and we both fell.

"Ow." I heard someone wince.

I got up and saw Jack. I quickly helped him up and asked if he was hurt. He shook his head and looked at Mark.

"Wh-what happened to y-your face?" He slowly walked over to him.

All Mark did was look at me. Jack did the same but his eyes went wide as he got a good look at me.

"Mark, how could you?!" Jack shoved Mark back.

"Do you see what he did to me?!" Mark yelled at him.

Jack looked at my knuckles then at me. He looked so disappointed.
"I thought you didn't fight?" Jack whispered.

"I don't anymore, Jack. I swear. This was only self defense." I cupped his face with my hands.

Jack looked like he was going to cry. I pulled him into a hug and glared at Mark. Mark pulled Jack off me and threw against a wall.

"Try fighting back in front of him. Watch him hate you." Mark growled.

I didn't say anything. I just swung at Mark and heard Jack scream.

"STOP IT!"

I swung again.

"NATE STOP!"

Mark swung back again and again. I could hear Jack crying but I couldn't stop.

"PLEASE!" His voice cracked.

Mark threw me onto the floor and I didn't fight back. I just laid there and let him hit me. I looked over at Jack who was trying to pull Mark off. Mark threw him back and I completely lost it.

I kneed Mark and he winced. I pushed him away and went to Jack.

"Jack, are you okay? Did he hurt you?" I sounded panicked and worried.

All he did was nod. I wiped his tears and held him.

"I'm so sorry Jack. I'm sorry."

I got up and grabbed Mark by the collar. I dragged him to the door and threw him out. Quickly, I went back to Jack.

"C-can we cuddle?" Jack whispered.

I smiled and kissed the top of his head.

"Of course we can Jacky."

I could tell he smiled and I went to go get some blankets for us. When I got back, Jack wasn't there. I put the blankets down and looked around.

"Jack? Jack?" I called out.

No response.

Dammit Jack.

"Ja-" "BOO!"

Jack

"Ja-"

I jumped out and screamed "boo!" causing Nate to scream a not so manly scream.

I laughed and he glared at me. Once I stopped laughing, I pouted. Nate and I went to the couch (after he let me borrow some pajama pants) and cuddled while watching The Notebook.

Being in his arms was so comfortable. I can get used to this.
