Meeting the One

Have you ever dreamt of meeting the one and living happily ever after with them? I have been having this kind of dreams with pretty much every-single little crush that I had. Little did I know that one day I will actually meet THE ONE.

It was a beautiful summer day and i have decided to make a trip to London and do some shopping and just look around. After a hard day of shopping I have decided to go into a little cafe which was in a nice quite area which a quite a nice view.

I have ordered my usual hot chocolate and while I scanned the place my eyes dropped on this very handsome guy who was sitting alone a couple of tables away from me. I had this weird feeling inside of me which I tried to ignore it, but that feeling took over.

Then I have noticed that he looked sad, so to make his day I grabbed a piece of paper from my notebook and wrote on it ”If you are ever feeling sad just smile and the pain will go - please smile” and asked the waitress to pass it on.

He looked around and as we were the only people in the cafe his beautiful blue eyes looked at me and he smiled and he looked even more handsome. I felt embarrassed so I looked at my cup but then I heard footsteps towards my table, I looked up and seen his beautiful were looking straight into my green eyes.

”My name is Daniel” he said quietly, it was something so special about his eyes.

“ My name is Amy, nice to meet you! You have such beautiful eyes “ I said without thinking what I just said.

“Um… Thank you, so do you” he said looking straight into my eyes

There was a bit of an awkward silence but I didn’t want to lose the opportunity of getting to know such an attractive person so I decided to start a small talk and said to him

”You can sit down if you want and we can talk for a bit, If you have time of course. I don’t want to take away your precious time from you.” I said nervously and smiled at him

“ I have all the time in the world” He said but his thoughts were far away. Then he looked at me and the his thoughts were back on earth and he sat down opposite me.

Then we talked for nearly two hours about our lives and all the silly memories of all the adventures that we have done when we were young.

It was getting late and I said to Daniel that I have to go soon and he said

” Thank you so much for talking to me, you made my day, year in fact! I am usually a shy type of guy and when it comes to girls I can’t talk to them especially when I just met them, but with you…” he stopped and smiled then continued ”with you I feel like I can talk for hours and hours”

I was left speechless but then I said to him ”I don’t even know what to reply, I am the same actually when it comes to boys, maybe we are soul mates “ I said in a joking voice. He laughed a bit and replied

”I think we are, can I please have your number as I don’t want to lose my soul mate”

I couldn’t stop myself from smiling because even though I was trying to look like I was joking deep inside I really hoped that we were actually soul mates. So I said

”Sure soul mate, I will write it down”

I wrote my number and below I wrote Your Soul Mate . He took the paper with my number looked at it and smiled. Then I left trying not to look behind but in the end I looked at him and smiled. There was something very special about that moment.

On the train back home I couldn’t stop thinking about him and I would constantly get flashed back to the moments were we talk. My heart and brain kept telling me that I have met THE ONE
