The One

Forever Together

Me and Dan have been very happy together. Even though our goodbyes have been very hard, they make the next meeting much more special. Because of his work we could only see eachother just on weekends sometimes even once in 2 weeks. It was difficult but we have managed to pull it through

When he was not anywhere near me, I used always make up little scenarious about us being together forever. I even imagined our wedding which may been quite early for that. I felt like we were meant to be with each other, I felt like we will be together forever 

Time has passed very quickly and it was hard to believe that we have actually been together for almost one year. One step closer to together forever. I didn't know what present to get Dan on our anniversary. So I needed a little help from my friends (beatles reference there). I had to call Katie and ask  for her precious advise. 

We both have come to a conclusion that I need to get him a new and very cool guitar and some nice after shave so he looks even more beautiful than he is at the moment 

He called me the day before the anniversary to tell give me some rough idea of what is going to happen tomorrow and where we will be metting up. I was feeling nervous but excited at same time.

I got my outfit ready for our special day and went to sleep. The next day I woke up feeling so happy and so looking forward to the day. I texted Dan with a Happy Anniverssary message to him to wake up to, knowning that he would still be asleep at this hour. Then I started slowly getting ready for the day. 

I bought a ticket to London and while I was on my way to the train I got an reply for Dan wishing me a happy anniversary as well. 

I thought it was super cute that he decided to arrange our meal at the cafe that we have met. This made the whole day even more special 

When I have arrived at the cafe he was already there, looking a bit nervous which was quite unusual for him.

I greeded him with a hug and a kiss and he picked me up and hugged me even tighter. I screamed but then he let me go and said sorry. I kissed him again and we sat down to have our meal. He told me that we will be giving our pressent after we have eaten something.

When we finished he looked once again very nervous which made me nervous as well. To break the ice I decided to give him the presents first and turns out that he really like the guitar. Then there was a silent pause after which  he kniled to the ground and said:

"Amy, I love you with all my heart and soul. I had the most amazing year which I was lucky enough to spend with you. I have never thought that I would fall in love with someone like I did the one. I feel like you are actually my soul mate. I can't imagine spending my life with anyone else but you. I know it may seem like it's early but I just wanted to ask you today. Will you marry me? " 

I honestly tried to keep my tears away, but I couldn't so I said yes while I looked like a crying baby. Then he wiped away the tears from my face, put the ring on my finger and finaly kissed me. 

This was definetly one of the best days in my life. I have been finally convinced that we will be together forever
