Ryan's POV

It's not like I'm completely heartless. I obviously feel bad about kicking Brendon out so quickly last week, but I've got a reputation to up hold. You would have thought he would have got the hint from our short lived romance.

But I guess you thought wrong.

I walked into Geometry today and Brendon smiled at me. He actually smiled at me. The nerve of the kid. Did he actually think that I'd smile back? What a dumb ass.

I start my walk to the band room and I hear my name being called. I turn to see Brendon smiling at me. Again! Actully, he has a great smile, but how dare he aim it at me.

"Ryan, hey." Brendon says after he catches up to me.

"Um hi...."

"What's up?"

"Going to class? Um... why are you talking to me, might I ask?" Brendon's smile falls off his face and then I feel even worse about everything.

"I just thought we'd at least be friends. I won't tell anyone about the party." He hugs his books closer to his chest.

"Brendon... it's just not going to happen. We can't talk. We're not friends. We won't ever be. I'm sorry." I walk away from the boy, pushing him out of my life.

"Baby, can you get me a soda?" Keltie bats her long eyelashes at me. I sigh and nod. "Thank you!" She squeals. "I love you."

"Yeah yeah. I love you too." I say as I stand up. The lunch room was loud and crowed and smelt like pizza. I lean down and kiss Kelts before walking towards the soda machines.

As I'm waiting for the machine to dispense a cherry cola, I see Brendon walk out of the bathroom holding his stomach. Spencer Smith follows him out, patting him on the back a little. Spencer is in the drum line too, but I don't really talk to him much.

The whole front of Brendon's navy shirt was wet and he was wiping the corners of his mouth with a paper towel. It looks like he lost his lunch.

I heard the soda clunk down into the opening and I take it, tearing my eyes away from Brendon's pale face. He really doesn't look good at a-

Not watching where I was going, I walk right into Mikey Way and his lunch goes all over the front of my shirt. Fucking hell. "Watch where you're going, idiot." I snap at the small boy. He pushes his glasses up to the bridge of his nose and says,

"Maybe if you could take your eyes off Brendon Urie for one second, you wouldn't have ran into me." I scoff and march back to out table, placing the soda in front of Keltie.

"Mikey just threw his lunch all over me. I'm gonna go to the nurse to get a different shirt to wear." Keltie nods and leaves me to go to the nurses room.

"Here's a school shirt you can wear." Miss. Mallory says, handing me a dark grey tee shirt with red lettering on it. 'Vegas Devil Pride' was printed on it. I'm surprised this school hasn't been sued for having a devil as a mascot.

"Thanks." I say slipping it over me. In the half a second that the shirt is covering my view, Brendon has appeared in the room.

"I've been getting sick a lot lately, but it doesn't feel like I have a stomach bug. I just randomly get nauseous." He pulls the navy blue shirt off, revealing his pasty chest. He's thin, but he's defined.

"Well I can give you Pepto, but there's no guarantee it will help your stomach any. Are you sure you don't want to go home?"

"No, I'll be fine. It only happens like once a day. Then I'm fine after." Miss. Mallory gives Brendon a cup with pills and then another cup that was filled with water.

"Ryan, you're good to go now." Brendon chokes on the water and practically spits it everywhere. His big brown eyes catch mine. They're filled with anger an sadness. Why must I be such a selfish asshole?

I get up and hurry back to the lunch room. Far away from Brendon.

Keltie crawls into my lap and kisses my neck softly. Okay, there really isn't enough space in the front seat of my car for Keltie and myself. "I want you Ryan.." She whispers before nibbling on my earlobe.

"Right here?" I say, not wanted to reveal my lack of enthusiasm.

"Right here." She repeats. "Right now. In you're lap..." Her lips are over mine and I can taste the mint lip gloss she had on today. "I want to ride you."

"But what if your mom or dad walk out? They'll see everything." We were currently parked in her driveway. I was supposed to drop her off and come home, but she has other plans.

"Let them watch."

I pull away from her and shake my head. "No Kelts. That's not okay." She makes a pouty face and I kiss it away, massaging her hip gently. "Just wait till this weekend, when it's just you and me. We'll have the house all to ourselves." She smiles and nods.

"I love you." She says before she gets out of the car.

"Love you too."
