I opened my eyes realizing that everything that just happened wasn't a dream.
My entire life changed within 24 hours and all of it was real...
I got out of bed and walked over to my bags. Chasity must of brought them to the room for me.
I sat down and began to unpack my things and put them in a closet across from my bed.
I decided to get dressed and picked out a sweatshirt and a pair of white skinny jeans.
My stomach started to hurt and I figured it was because I was hungry.
Was I supposed to just leave whenever?
The last thing that I want is for her to yell at me for leaving "my" room.
Maybe I-
-knock knock-
"Good morning"
Chasity walked in and opened the curtains.
I looked over at her and didn't reply.
"I decided that we can talk about some rules and other stuff over breakfast?"
I nodded and looked at the wall.
I hate her.
But why?
I don't even really know...
Chasity smiled and walked over to my door. I walked behind her to the kitchen and sat down at the table.
She walked over to the stove and came back with a plate of eggs,bacon, and toast. She put the plate in front of me and sat down.
"Now, you seem like a good kid but I need to make sure you understand what I expect of you."
I rolled my eyes and took a bite of eggs.
She kept talking but I decided not to listen. I didn't think it was this easy to block people out...
"Now you'll be starting school tomorrow..."
For some reason I didn't block that out.
"What!"
She gave me a full body check and frowned.
"Listen, I'm taking you school shopping later today. Fashion will never be a problem in this house."
She did not just call my clothes ugly.
This bitch.
"Excuse me but my clothes are just fine."
I sat up from my chair and walked away. She can ground me all she wants. But no one will ever tell me how to dress.
Once I got to my room Chasity was already knocking on my door.
"Alex, you can go shopping anywhere you want. Just please be reasonable on what you buy. I'm sorry."
I walked over to the door but didn't open it.
"Alex just be ready in an hour."
I laughed at the thought of buying everything at hot topic.
