3 || Road trip
"And that is why you should allow me to go on this trip," I finish my presentation. My hair is done up in a neat buissnes bun and I wear a pink pencil skirt and blouse.
Jason flicks the lights back on and I blink to try and adjust to the sudden intrusion of brightness.
"That was very well put together honey," my mom claps. I bow.
"So can I go?" I ask hopefully. "Please?"
Mom and dad look at each other. I cross my fingers.
"You can go."
"Yes!" I squeal. "Thankyouthankyouthankyou!" I hug them both tightly.
Time to start packing.

"I feel like I'm forgetting something," I worry.
"Did you forget tampons?" Ivy asks. I shake my head.
"Then you're good."
"So where's out first stop?" Trevor comes up to us. Now that I know Chanel likes him I can't stop staring. He notices and gives me a quizzical look. Nikole elbows me.
I glance down and realize I'm the one holding the map.
"Oh. Right um our first stop is San Fran."
He nods and goes to help Ryan load our stuff.
"You're acting like you like him!" Nikole hisses.
"I'm sorry ok? But I just can't help it. I still have trauma from you and Ryan. Maybe a pink smoothie would calm my nerves."
Nikole rolls her eyes and Chanel hands me a pack of sour gummy watermelons. I receive them gratefully.
"Ok people let's hit the road!" Ryan calls out. Trevor offers to drive first.
The RV is more spacious than I thought. It's a little worn out since it's old but Chanel's father cleaned it up well.
As we pull out of Chanel's driveway Nikole and Ryan cuddle together and immediately start making out.
"Are we gonna have to watch this the whole trip?" Ivy looks away in disgust.
I chew my gummies more frantically. Flashes of Trevor and Chanel doing the same thing cloud my mind. Our sixsome will turn into a foursome with two extras.
