Addy's room was dark, but the sun rays that penetrated the curtains covering the window by her bed woke her up after realising that it was already morning outside. The familiar chirping of bird from the grandfather's clock downstairs told Addy that it was already seven o'clock in the morning.

She tried to turned her body to her left, wanting to stretch out on the bed when her eyes quickly shot wide open. Her abdomen felt heavy and she most certainly remembered that she had went to bed alone last night after tucking Tarzan into bed. However, the hard body rubbing against her side right now repelled those evidence that proved the fact she was sleeping alone last night.

Squinting her eyes, Addy raised her head up trying to make out the figure lying next beside her. She could hear the soft snores emitted by the stranger beside her, indicating that he was still sound asleep. By the time Addy managed to slip away from those heavy arms, the curtains were quickly pulled back to each of their sides of window. Soon after, the room was illuminated with bright lights when Addy heard an irritating groan from the man on the bed.

Tarzan.

Her brows furrowed together in confusion as she tried to remember last night events once again. She really did tucked him in, but how did he end up here, on her bed, with her?

Tarzan sat up on the bed slowly as he rubbed his eyes sleepily. Addy watched him warily and waited for his next move as she stood by the window silently. He yawned, twice to be exact, before his eyes settled on Addy in the corner of the room.

"Food." He mumbled sleepily, enough for Addy to hear what exactly was he saying.

Addy snapped out of her trance and quickly nodded. She went for the door to get to the kitchen downstairs and she had noticed that Tarzan was following her closely from behind. They slowly made their way into the kitchen when Addy sat him down on one of the bar stools by the counter while she went near the cabinets and started making her famous chocolate chip pancakes.

A few minutes later, a plate full of pancakes with maple syrup and cube of butter was slid towards Tarzan. Putting a fork and a knife on each side of the plate, Addy grinned at him before going back to pouring some coffee for her and orange juice for Tarzan.

As she sat herself up on the stool next to him, Addy put in the first slice into her mouth and took a glance at the curious man beside her. She watched him closely as Tarzan stared quietly at the cutlery and plate of pancake in front of him cluelessly.

She sighed and softly tapped his t-shirt clad shoulder. He turned to the side and eyed her cautiously. Addy smiled and began to teach him on how to use the cutleries but Tarzan didn't seem to catch it since he only sat there staring back at the pancakes in front of him like hadn't had a clue about it at all.

Looks like she didn't have any choice.

Addy shrugged her shoulder. She focuses her attention back to her plate of pancakes and began to cut the pancakes into bits of pieces. She forked it and tapped Tarzan on his shoulder once again. When Tarzan turned his head towards her, Addy pushed her fork with bits of pancakes on it towards his mouth, pressing it softly into his lips.

"Say aah!" Addy instructed.

Tarzan began to open his mouth following Addy's action. The pancake was successfully secured in his mouth. He began to chew it slowly. The temporary happy glint in his eyes did not go unnoticed by Addy as she too grinned by his sudden liking towards her chocolate chip pancakes.

Addy continued to eat her food again when she felt a tap on her shoulder. She turned to see him opening his mouth widely at her. Chuckling at his cute behaviour, Addy understood it immediately and began to feed him again.
