The umbrella scene where she originally started to like him.

Marinette was a freshman. She lived in Paris, the city of love. The year started well with her best friend Alya. It was now the beginning February and only three months until summer vacation!

During the year Marinette saw how Alya quickly fell in love and got disgusted by the thought of liking someone. She rather spend time on her studies and read books than be involved with that lovey dovey stuff. She hated romance, a lot actually.

First period went well as usual, she went to the lockers to get her stuff for the next period, Alya was on her right.

"So Alya, what are you doing for the project?" Marinette asked while grabbing stuff from her locker.

"Well obviously I'm gonna write a summary about what we read." Alya grinned as she waited for Marinette to be finished so they can go to the next class.

"Heh, you always like writing about stuff." Marinette looked at her.

"Yup!"

They closed their locker and headed of to second period. They had to wait in line for the teacher to escort them into the classroom.

"I wonder what the next boring thing she's planned for us today..." Marinette looked at the door.

"We're probably gonna write notes and get homework as usual." Alya guessed.

"....shoot."

Then teacher finally came and told them to come in. Marinette sat in her spot where the teacher assigned her a few weeks ago.

She didn't like it there because first, it was all the way at the back of the room and she couldn't see the board that well, and second, she was in between two guys, Nino the guy on her left was always moving the table which always annoyed her, and Adrien who was on her right, who was always talking to the guy on her right it's weird tho, Adrien is usually quiet.

He's actually a model but to us we just consider him as a fellow friend or classmate nothing more.

She got out her phone and starting doing what she usually did. The teacher was done explaining something after they were done taking notes. Marinette was still on her phone and noticed that they were starting on the assignment so she pretended to work on it.

After a while she decided to check if the teacher was near. Looking to the front left then right she finally spotted the teacher, she was helping Adrien. Marinette quickly closed her phone then looked back to see what Adrien needed help on. Adrien suddenly jerked his head to Marinette and they were looking at each other. She stared into his green eyes for a few seconds then quickly went back to 'work on her assignment'.

What's wrong with you?! Usually when you and a guy look at each other you do a stare battle! So why happened there!?

I don't know!

It was like a movie, first you have the glance then you have the crush then you-

Ok ok I get it!

You should have stared longer.

What?! Why would I do that?! Even if I wanted to the teacher is right there so we could have gotten into trouble...

You have a point. But...

I don't care. Just leave me alone!
