Heading to London

CH IV

I felt two fingers opening my right eye. 

"Are you awake?"A sweet childish voice said. I nodded at her while rubbing my face with my hands.

"Good, cause breakfast is ready"

"What?" I jumped form my bed. Caitlin was there, sitting next to me with her bag in hand, her bed was already done and her hair was in a perfect bun. I asked her what time it was.

" 7:00" I couldn't believe I had fallen asleep. I run to the bathroom to take the quickest shawer ever. I usually sang while I bathed but this time I barely could breathe.

I broke my time record to get ready. I run downstairs while finishing  bouttoning  my pants and trying to brush my hair. Just in time to leave. I couldn't even take  breakfast so Claire had to packed it for me.

Already in the school, we arrived 5 minutes before the bell rang. I run to my class begging the teacher has not arrived yet.  Fortunately god heard my pleadings.

When I entered the classroom everything was calm. Nobody whispered my name or pointing me and their eyes weren't following me anymore . I was no longer the focus of attention. The new girl virus was gone. Even during the two first hours of history class I got a note from Damian Allen.

                                            " I think we started with the left hand.

                                             What do you say if we start again ;) "

Was really he sending me that note? I guess I shouldn't be wary of someone who I  just met. I turned to him with a grin. He then beckoned me to read the other face of the note. So I did.

                                           "PDT: We left you a surprise! Under your desk"

We? Ok something wasn't good. I should  have followed my instincts and ignore the note but my curiosity was bigger that my instinct and completely overshadowed it.

Due to the fact that the teacher was looking at us I passed my hand under my desk. ¿What did I find? Gum, chewing gum on the whole surface my desk. 

I turned again and saw him laughing with two more boys.They were all chewing gum.  He  looked back at me and gestured the frase " I know strawberry is your favorite flavor". I have to mention that I can be extremely fussy when it cames to germs.  

I inmideately interrupted the teacher and asked her to go to the bathroom. I could tell she wasn't pleased. I got up from my seat, turn back to look at them and I left the classroom to  the bathroom.

I had to wash my hands five to six times before going back to class.

All the way back to the classroom I was thinking about those guys, they must be the bullies and Damian , he must be the leader. I never got intimidated by anyone. Not even by Leo, the bully at my old school, and Damian and his gang of boys with the goku hair style weren't going to be the exception.

 At break I took an apple from my locker and went to look for Kayla at her class. Because the break only lasted 15 minutes we stayed on one of the small yards near our classrooms.

"So how was your first period girl"? Kayla asked while she taked a gulp of her wierd green drink

"Great, the tide finally calmed" I sade making a sight of relief .

"I heard what Damian and his gang did to you this mornig" she said taking another gulp of her drink.

Really? Rumors literally flew here.
