When Daisake's psychic powers kicked in he expected to see a vision of the future, instead he found himself in ankle deep water.

The area around him was dark except for the cage in front of him.

"I should've known his mind would have protection, being a jinchuriki, but to see the strongest bijuu in existence..." Daisake smirked in a way that gave him a confident, almost cocky look.

He couldn't see the creature with his eyes but he could with his mental eye, as well as sense the creature. "I am Daisake. It is a pleasure to meet the most powerful creature on earth."

The fox grumbled. "What are you, human? I sense darkness inside you...something similar to my chakra."

Daisake let his smirk drop. His grey eyes became a pale yellow. "My powers, they come with a darkside. It tries to push itself out when I get angry. I have several abilities. My most used power is clairvoyance, I'm also telekinetic, telepathic, and pschokinetic. Other than that I have regular juts I can use."

"What do you wish to know, Mortal?" The kyuubi was openly glaring at the young white haired man.

Daisake spoke. "I came here, not to meet you, but to learn the parentage of your blonde haired host, I know his father, but not his mother. Since you pulled me back in here, will you tell me her name?"

The nineties stood. "Step into my cage and fight me. If you win, I'll give you the information you want."

"And if I lose?"

"I will be getting what I want either way. I have been contained for a very long time, and I love a good fight." The Kyuubi barred it massive sharp teeth.

Daisake activated a pair of seals on his wrists, summoning a pair of short curved swords. One black with red hexagonal designs and the other bone white whit a magnificent shine. "It'd probably be more fun for you in a human form."

"Too true..." red light flashed brightly for a single moment. A man stood where the kyuubi had been...if you could call him just a man.

He stood at seven feet tall with incredible muscle, long spiked black hair, blood red slitted eyes, whisker marks on his cheeks, and clawed fingers. He wore dark blood red pants and black and red boots. "Better, human?"

"You're human form is certainly impressive. I often wondered how you bijuu could get by so long without a way to hide." Daisake vanished in a burst of speed, appearing to the right of the Kyuubi mid kick.

The kick made the kyuubi slide back but he looked mostly unaffected. A red spear appeared in the Kyuubi's hands.

The Kyuubi grinned, exposing a set of fangs. He shot toward Daisake, extending the blade of his spear at speeds that shocked Daisake.

Daisake blocked with the black blade and spun to swing the white blade at the Kyuubi's face.

The Kyuubi leaned back and spun his spear in his hands, catching Daisake in the cheek with the blunt end.

Pain flared through Daisake's skull as he rolled to the side and threw a telekinetic wave at the Kyuubi, making him fly backwards until he impacted the wall. The Kyuubi grunted and pulled himself from the crumbling wall.

Daisake was standing, trying to sense a weakness in the creature in front of him. His power seemed to not have any limit, his physical strength was as great as if he were in his gigantic fox demon form, he possessed unparalleled durability...in truth Daisake may have bitten off more than he could chew.

Then Daisake smirked. "To be so old you brush off attacks like they're nothing."

"You're mind is strong for a human, but my father had a similar power and taught me that it relies on your chakra, spirit, emotions and concentration. I'm actually doing this for a reason other than a fight. I want the boy to absorb some of the chakra you're wielding so I can integrate a similar ability in him. I've seen the boy suffer much, I'd like for him to have a way of defending himself." The Kyuubi gathered a huge amount of his power to his right hand.

"No demon would ever care about someone other than himself. You are better than that. What is your name, mighty Kyuubi?" Daisake gathered as much telekinetic power as he could and put it in front of himself, making a shield.

The Kyuubi grinned. "Survive and I'll tell you!!!!" He fired a thick red beam of bright intense power at Daisake.

The beam was so hot it evaporated the water on the floor at their feet. The entire cage within the seal was little up with red light and when it reached Daisake it slammed into his telekinetic shield with unimaginable force. Daisake grunted under the strain of trying to block the attack.

The wind and air pressure fluctuated and tore his sleeves off and parts of his shirt. "D-Dammit...it's too much..."

Then the attack vanished and the Kyuubi lowered his hand slightly. It was glowing red and the steam around them, along with the occasional crackle of red lightning gave the two fighters an ominous appearance.

"Not bad, Mortal. My name is Kurama, you may leave. Your chakra is running low and I'd rather you not use much of the dark side of those powers here. I've got enough to replicate the abilities slightly. I'll leave the clairvoyance out of course, my jailer isn't ready to see his future." The fox returned to its normal size. "You failed to beat me in combat, so I will not give you the answer you came here for. I will only tell you that his father was one of only a handful of people who could defy me."

Then Daisake felt a violent mental shove as he was ejected from Naruto mind.

Daisake fell back, rubbing his forehead.

Naruto pointed. "Why were you fighting the ninetails!?!?"

"W-what?"

"I could see you fighting a man that the ninetails turned in to, but I couldn't hear. You're really strong by the way..."

Daisake chuckled. "He must've allowed you to see. I couldn't find out who your mom was but I did learn that your father was one of the only people that could fight the Kyuubi..."

Daisake reached out to Kurama with his mind. May I tell him your name?

No! He has yet to earn it, now fuck off! The Kyuubi snarled at him with his mind, making Daisake chuckle.
