Alex goes downstairs in her pajamas
Alex goes into the kitchen and sees Nezzy sitting next to the knives
Alex
"Um... Good morning Nezzy... That makes me a little uncomfortable that you're by the knives"
Nezzy's thoughts
"I don't know why I chose to sit here"
Alex
"Mind if I relocate you?"
Nezzy's thoughts
"Please"
Alex gets the pair of tongs and moves him away from the knives
Alex
"Here I'll put you right here next to the toaster"
Alex puts Nezzy down next to the toaster
Nezzy's thoughts
"Perfect! I love the smell of fresh toast"
Alex puts on some coffee and goes back to the living room and puts the TV on
News Reporter
"Last night around 8pm, a teenage girl was seen in Widewood Gardens trying to unwrap all the Christmas lights from one of the trees on a flying platform"
Alex
"No not the big tree!"
News Reporters
"While two other teenagers attempted to stop her, another one came seemed to have come down from the sky and shot the first teenager down, and in the process, cutting the tree light wires with the arrows"
Alex looks shocked
News reporter
"We are unsure of what exactly was going on at this point however, this series of events occuring last night has left many in the city of Philadelphia depressed and deprived of Christmas"
Someone knocks on the door
Alex
"It's open!"
Delaney comes in
Delaney
"Are you watching the News?"
Alex
"Yep"
Delaney
"That's horrible"
Alex
"I know... We need to do something about all these depressed people"
Delaney
"I agree"
Alex
"Well we would need to go to Nezumika to figure this out, are you willing?"
Delaney
"I guess... But we need to wake up Sam first"
Alex
"The spawning will wake her up"
The coffee maker beeps
Alex
"As soon as I get some coffee for us"
Alex grabs the tablet from the coffee table and runs upstairs
