Chapter 11

Crescent is sitting at the Supercomputer at 5am while drinking coffee

Crescent starts typing codes into the Spawning program

Crescent takes a sip of her coffee and tries to stand up but her chains get caught on the arm of the chair

Crescent accidentally spills her coffee on the keyboard and shorts it out

Crescent

"Ah shit!"

Cut to later with some others in the HQ

Justine lifts all the liquid out of the keyboard and throws it out the window

Justine

"I think that's all of it"

Crescent

"Now I just need a little spark to get it going again"

Brett puts a spark through the keyboard and it starts working again

Brett

"Can I go back to bed now?"

Crescent

"Yes, go"

Brett and Justine walk out of the HQ

Austin

"What were you doing on the computer at 5am?"

Crescent

"A lot of stuff... I created a new spectation program which could come in handy, I was trying to figure out a good way to free Sentoki, and the last thing I was doing before I spilled my coffee was updating the spawning system"

Jaden

"Hopefully nothing got bugged"

Crescent

"I hope so too"

Next scene: Alex & Sam's house

Sam is watching a video of Kurasaki Academy

Alex walks in

Alex

"What's that?"

Sam sighs and closes her laptop

Sam

"Alex, there's something I have to tell you"

Alex sits down

Sam

"Do you remember when we were little and I always had a dream to learn how to be a make-up artist?"

Alex
"Yeah?"

Sam

"Before we met again, I applied to this school in Japan called Kurasaki Academy which is a really good school for the media industry and they just got back to me and offered me an early college opportunity"

Alex

"But we met up again so you're gonna tell them no right?"

Sam
"I don't know Alex... I can't pass up this kind of opportunity"

Alex

"Does this mean you're giving up being a Nezumikan?"

Sam

"No... I'll still have my powers in case of an emergency but once I start I'm going to need to focus on my studies a lot"
