I recently rewatched the two seasons and decided that I wanted to start with two of my main ships from this anime. So here ya go with the second one :)

After being disqualified from the swimming tournaments, each boy went their own direction. Haru and Makoto went off home after discussing what happened with Gou, Coach Sasabe and Ama-chan-sensei. On the other hand, Nagisa was after spending more time with Rei and so asked him to spend the night at his. His parents were away on a trip and so he was home alone. Rei agreed with a smile and told Nagisa that he would head over to his after grabbing some fresh clothes from at home. Nagisa beamed up at his friend before running off back home, eager to spend the night with him.

Now at home, Nagisa ordered a pizza to be delivered and he switched on the TV, trying to pick a film to watch when Rei arrived. Finding a documentary about rock hopper penguins, Nagisa's magenta eyes lit up and he jumped onto the sofa. A knock at the door caught his attention and he hopped up, practically skipping to the front door and pulling it open to see the blue haired male staring back at him.
"You're here Rei-chan!" Nagisa beamed. "There's a documentary on about rock hopper penguins, isn't that great?" Rei smiled in amusement at the boy in front of him. Nagisa's love for penguins never ceased to amuse him, especially as he was so enthusiastic.
"That's great." Rei chuckled, stepping inside the house. Nagisa took hold of the rucksack Rei had hold of and rushed upstairs, putting it inside his room before bounding down the stairs and joining Rei on the sofa. Rei smiled softly at the smaller boy as he watched the documentary, eyes sparkling with wonder and awe. Beautiful. Rei froze at his own thoughts and a blush covered his cheeks as he realised what he was thinking about the honey haired boy. Nagisa noticed Rei freeze and stared in confusion up at him.
"Rei-chan?" His innocent voice asked cautiously, curious as to why Rei's cheeks were red.
"It's n....nothing." Rei stuttered. Nagisa frowned and pouted, moving to a kneeling position beside him and lifting a hand to his head.
"Do you have a fever?" Nagisa mumbled, feeling Rei's forehead to see if his temperature was high.
"N.....no." Rei replied timidly, swatting Nagisa's hand away and giving him a reassuring smile though his eyes showed his nervousness. Nagisa went to reply but there was another knock at the door.
"Ah, the pizza." He grinned, jumping up and rushing to the door. Once he was out of sight, Rei let out a sigh and readjusted his red rimmed glasses. That had been too close.

Once the pizza box was brought in, both boys began eating as the documentary played. Nagisa would occasionally make comments about the penguins and how cute they were while Rei smiled and laughed at how excited Nagisa was at the mere sight of them on TV. Once the pizza was gone, Nagisa noticed that Rei had some sauce at the edge of his lips and an idea formed in his mind.
"Hey, Rei-chan......" He called softly, causing the boy to turn towards him. Using that chance, Nagisa leant forward and licked the side of Rei's mouth. Rei froze where he was and his eyes widened in shock while lust coursed through his veins. What he didn't know was that Nagisa was feeling the exact same way, but was playing it off as if it was a joke so he didn't scare Rei. Nagisa then began to laugh at the shock on Rei's face, although on the inside he was feeling worried. "Your face, Rei-chan!" He giggled. Rei began to feel annoyed rather than amused by Nagisa's actions and he stood up, startling the laughing boy who fell quiet as he saw the annoyance on Rei's face. "R....Rei-chan?" Nagisa hesitantly murmured, anxious now he'd seen how annoyed Rei was.
"Why did you do that?" Rei demanded, annoyed at how Nagisa seemed to be playing with him.
"I..... uh...... Rei-chan..... I......" Nagisa mumbled, not sure how to answer him. Rei sent a glare down at the nervous boy and turned round, heading towards the front door. Nagisa's eyes widened and he jumped off the sofa, running after him. "No, Rei-chan wait!" Grabbing hold of Rei's wrist, Nagisa managed to stop him from leaving. Rei didn't turn to face the smaller boy as he stayed defiant, not wanting to play it off as a joke when his feelings were real.
"Well...... I'm waiting for an explanation." Rei said, pushing up his glasses. Nagisa stayed quiet, desperately trying to come up with an excuse in his head but feeling unsure about whether he should just confess now or not.
"Uh...... it was...... a joke?" He tried with a faked laugh, running his free hand through his hair while the other still gripped Rei's wrist. Rei's eyes began to water as he felt frustration and hurt course through him. Spinning round he blurted out something he never expected to hear himself saying.
"Are you messing with me?! Are my feelings a joke to you?!" He exclaimed angrily, tears glossing over his eyes. Nagisa's own eyes widened and he felt his heart skip a beat while they both froze in shock. Rei was humiliated. Did he really just say that to Nagisa? That was not a beautiful confession at all!
"Um.... Rei-chan? What feelings are they?" Nagisa asked quietly, beginning to feel himself becoming hopeful.
"I..... uh...... they are... um....." Rei stammered nervously, cheeks flushing and his frustrations fading at the glimmer in Nagisa's magenta eyes. Why did he have to have this effect over him? Nagisa stepped closer so their chests were pressed against each other's, though Nagisa's height put him at a disadvantage.
"Yes, Rei-chan?" Nagisa encouraged with a smile, eyes glistening. Rei swallowed and let out a sigh, bracing himself for rejection.
"I love you." He confessed. Nagisa's eyes widened before a grin lit up his face, confusing the butterfly boy. However, he didn't have much time to think as Nagisa jumped up, wrapped his arms tight around Rei's neck and crashed his lips onto Rei's. Rei was shocked by the action but gave in to the softness of Nagisa's lips and returned the kiss with a small moan. He held Nagisa closer and supported him so they could kiss without discomfort. Their lips moved against one another perfectly and Rei could only imagine it being beautiful. Nagisa surprised Rei by sliding his tongue across his bottom lip, asking for entrance which he gave him willingly. Their tongues tested one another before joining together and mating. Both boys moaned at the feeling the kiss gave them and Nagisa moved his hands to Rei's hair, holding on while Rei gripped at Nagisa's hips with his arms crossed behind Nagisa's back to hold him in place. They soon ran out of air and pulled back panting with smiles across their faces and eyes glistening happily.
"I love you too Rei-chan." Nagisa beamed up at his butterfly. They rested their foreheads against each other's and were grateful to be able to feel this way. Being love and giving love to someone was a blissful feeling.
