Chapter 14

AUSTIN'S POV

"Robert?" I said crying. "Please come back! Please!"

I fell to my knees, and put my face in my hands. "Robert! Please!"

I heard the ambulance coming, and I looked up and saw them pull in, and the cops were right behind the ambulance. The cops started coming, and grabbed me. "NO! I AM NOT LEAVING! HE ISN'T DEAD!" The cops grabbed me, and was fighting with me trying to get me to stay. Robert was there and was getting zipped up in the big black bag, getting put on the stretcher.

"NO!" I ran over to Robert, and un zipped the bag. Robert was there. Laying down, blood everywhere, there was a whole bunch of blood on the top of his where he fell.

"Robert! Please." I started getting really dizzy, and ended up passing out.

CARTER'S POV

I turned around and walked outside, and saw the unthinkable.

Why is Austin on the ground?!

"OH MY GOD! AUSTIN!" I started crying. I dropped all of my bags, and ran across the street.

"A-Austin?!" I said kneeling down to him.

"Hey, do you mind stepping off this scene?" The officer said.

"What do you mean?" I asked wiping off my tears.

"You didn't know that your friends friend has been murdered?" He asked pointing over to a black bag.

"WHO IS IN THE BAG?!" I started screaming/crying.

I started running over to the bag.

"Ma'am! Do not go over there! Ma'am! I said do not go over there!" The officer screamed chasing after me.

I unzipped the black bag, and Robert was laying there. Blood everywhere.

"NO! HE ISN'T DEAD! ROBERT! COME ON WAKE UP!!" I screamed, but then whispered "Please?"

The officer pulled me off and dragged me over back to Austin.

"NO STOP. JUST LET HIM WAKE UP!"

I knew he was dead, but I didn't want him to be. So in my head, he was just asleep.

I felt someone grab me from behind.

"AUSTIN! HELP!"
