I woke up with my eyes feeling heavy from the swollen bags it obtain from the tears I shed throughout the night. I didn't have breakfast since no one served me and it was the same for lunch. I know today held a very important tradition for the church but due to the fact that I never went because of the lack of proper wardrobe mother always left orders for me to be fed...but not today. It was now dusk and I still laid in bed, listening to the silence of the cottage. It was then that I really analysed my cabin, the wallpapers were reeling off...every boards creaked if I as much as eased in the bed as well as the torturous groans the mattress let out. The roof was in dire need of paint and the furniture(considering it was only a mirror) stunk from mildew, my cabin was deplorable, but of course you must know all other cabins were the complete opposite in comparison to mine.
The floor creaked and I turned my head to see Pam my maid standing with her back turned to me as if turning back.
"Pam ...I'm awake" I said softly. At that she whisked around.
"Aye mi lady thank goodness b'coz god knows how I wez gonna hide this here letter from mam." She said holding a white envelope.
"What letter...I mean who is it from?" I asked curiously.
"The life ef me ef i said I did know mam but its urgent and I didn't want the mam to find out or she would definitely take it." She said looking at me with concern. "Thank you Pam you may place it on the bed." I told her but she wasn't finished. "Mi lady I hope you know it is against my wish that you hav'n gotten no breakfast or lunch today." She said compassionately "I know Pam no need to worry we wouldn't want you loosing your job now would we...after all you have Sammy and Edmund to school a little hunger won't kill me but, thank you." I said trying to humour her she gave me a faint smile " eriting will be arite mam and if it means enyting I believe you" she said reassuringly. "It means the world." I said smiling back, she nodded turned and went along her Merry duties.
I laid there wondering who the letter was from and what it said ...I have never received a letter before, so this is odd, I wonder why anyone would write me...
Just open the bloody thing already.
My inner me cursed..."OK , OK" I said in a rash whisper. I tore open the envelope which marked 'Anonymous' ...unfolding the cartridge I read.

Kaylee its Christopher I have no time to explain why I care but I do please take the money I have kept in the envelope and get out of here now... Flee to the address below and tell none of this except your father. Your mother is planning to have you sent to your aunt's and by the way your sister described her I know life wouldn't be easy. She plans to marry you off to an old Baron. She claims you have defiled your self as well as her house and deserve no mercy.
Please go don't think about gratitude don't pack don't change just write the letter to your father and go...NOW!!

P.s: you are going to my cousins the duchess and duke of Langford England they know you are coming because the telegram will get there before you do. Don't worry I'll be there... Very soon. ( Meadow pond Langford England her Lordship's).

I didn't think I did as he said then bellowed for Pam who stormed in "Aye mam! What is it are you ok?" She rushed on "yes I'm fine I'm just going for an evening ride and would like for you to give father ONLY ..." I stressed " this should he return before I do." I lied calmly while my heart pounded in my chest. She was gullible and she trusts me so she smiled and took the the letter from my outstretched hand. I started to walk only to be pulled in a tight embrace by her as she said in my ear "be careful mi lady and I won't say a word and I won't let anyone follow you." She said frightening me... Answering my questioning and confusing glare she said "I weren't born yesterday... Now GO!" At that I thought why was everyone bellowing at me today but without a word I ran to the nearest horse leaving my beautiful sally behind and rode without looking back.
