I Didn't Fall For You, You Tripped Me

Chapter 1

"Addilyn. Time to rise and shine."

"Ugh." I groaned and rolled to the other side of my bed.

"Wakey wakey eggs and bakey."

"Axel shut the hell up."

I heard my door close and slowly rolled over.

He's gone.

I got up out of bed and walked into my bathroom to get ready for school.

I brushed my teeth and showered then blow dried my hair. I applied my usual makeup that consisted of foundation and mascara and straightened my hair.

I walked into my closet and tried to decide what to wear.

I decided on some light washed high waisted jean shorts and a coral crop top. I slipped on some brown gladiator sandals, grabbed my brown
leather bag, and walked downstairs.

"Hey honey." My mom said with a confused look on her face.

"What's wrong?" I asked as I grabbed a water bottle out of the fridge.

"I thought you left with Axel."

My jaw dropped. "He left? That asshole!"

"Language. And yes he left about 5 minutes ago."

That bastard. Now I have to walk 2 miles in the blazing California heat. And I have 30 minutes until my first class starts.

"Bye Mom!" I yelled and ran out the door and speed walked to school.

I made it to school with about 6 minutes to spare and was drenched in sweat. I am going to kill Axel.

I had first period with Axel, his best friend Jax, and one of my best friends Remi.

I entered the class and went to my seat as I glared daggers at Axel and Jax who were laughing their asses of at the back of the room.

I sat down next to Remi who looked at me with wide eyes. "You look like shit."

"Those douchebags made me walk 2 miles in the burning heat. Forgive me if I don't look like my best." I said still glaring at the 2 turdsuckers.

The teacher walked in the classroom and started lecturing.

This is going to be a fantastic day.
