I don't really like Hagakure but I don't hate him either. But there's a lot of things I don't like about him. He's an idiot, he needs a haircut and isn't useful in class trials and in my opinion, Hagakure is one of the weakest characters.
In Danganronpa 3, I'm pretty sure Hagakure's not gonna survive. If you've watched the first episode of Danganronpa 3, the entrance is blocked outside the future foundation building while the killing game's going on. So that means Hagakure won't be joining the killing game and he probably won't die.
