At first, I thought that Togami's got soft and fat but I was surprised that he doesn't even remember Monokuma at all and he won't let anyone become a victim. Even though he's still acting like a douche.
When Fat Togami turned out to be an imposter, I didn't see that coming. I'm thinking that the imposter could be a nice person and at least I like Fat Togami better than skinny Togami.
