Amnesia [M.C]

Chapter 39

The next morning I get up and walk downstairs and into the kitchen, when suddenly I feel a small pain in my left wrist. I look at my wrist but don't notice anything. I shrug it off and get my breakfast.
Today I figure I'll go shopping. When I'm done I go to the mall and pick out and Salmon color pair of skinny jeans and a long sleeved shirt that says #fabulous.
When I get home I go to my room.

-Michael's Pov-
I hear Elissa walk in the front door and head to her room. I walk into the kitchen where Lexi is. I've been a little concerned with Elissa remembering things lately. I take back concerned, worried.
"Lexi, you're absolutely sure she won't remember. She's been remembering a lot of things quickly lately. I don't want her back to the way she was."
"Hey, there's a chance that she won't remember any of that, you gotta take a chill pill man."
"I don't care I'm worried. She was really bad before the accident."
"I'm her best friend for fucks sake. I know, do you really think I don't know how she was. I went to school with her everyday!"
"Look we should calm down before she hears us talking about her."
Lexi just shakes her head kinda angrily and tells me to get out of the kitchen.
-Elissa's Pov-
I listened so most of their conversation, and when Lexi told Michael to get out; I quickly made my way back up the stairs to my room.
I crawled in my bed and just laid there, kinda sad for some reason. The feeling felt familiar, but I couldn't place it. And I just couldn't get happy, so I went to sleep.

In the morning I felt better and went downstairs and plopped on the couch. The house was strangely quiet. I got up and walked into the kitchen. The clock said 12:04. And on the fridge was a note from Lexi.

Michael and I went into town for a little while we'll be back soon.

I didn't question it so I went and watched some tv. It was 1:00 when they got back.
"Hey, E you want some lunch?" Lexi asked.
"Hell yeah!"
-Lexi's Pov-
I grabbed the sandwich and handed it to Mikey with a sigh. He gave me a quick frown, and stuck the pill in the sandwich.
-Elissa's Pov-
I walked up behind Michael and he turned around and handed me a sandwich. I took a bite and started chewing when I bite something hard like rock(a/n: don't say a damn thing you hear me!). I pull a pill out of my mouth, look at the two of them and threw it in the trash.
"You want to tell me what the hell that was?"
Michael looked at Lexi with a kind of fear in his eyes. Lexi just looked at him like 'told ya so'.
